1st time trying, unfortunately last time Took order wrong Made subs wrong Went home and had to come back with no consideration of my time and their mistake Sorry 3 subs only for $50…. That’s little steap Took one bite and sorry not worth $ Guess not my cup of tea
Went in and order subs for me and the family, donated to for the first responders and told them how I'm a first responder as I work in the towing industry, girl was very disrespectful and laughed at that and said tow truck drivers are not first responders? Showed her online that it states that we are in fact first responders didn't wanna look at it and just rolled her eyes and was like "ok" all snobby. This is very disrespectful and rude to act like that to tour customers and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. May was well drive to the other one north of there.
You guys say you're there to support first responders but then be rude and disrespectful? Unreal.
I'd love to be able to give a review higher than 5 for the service I received today. I ordered a large New York Steamer with an extra pickle and a couple of brownies.
When asked if I was taking out or eating in, I replied that I was taking it home to split with my husband. When I got home and opened the bag, I saw two sub boxes. My first thought was that they made two subs. When I opened the boxes I saw that they had put half a sub in each one with it's pickle.
That was a nice surprise and I called the store and told them how much I appreciated it - after the lunch rush was over, of course.
Shannon and Miranda did an excellent job today, going above and beyond what was expected.
Came I to pick up a sub to drop off for my wife at work. I was going to come back later to get the smokin' triple stack for myself. The staff was unusually surly today. I will try the Wellington road one later.
Food was below par and service was not attentive. Seemed more interested in listening to his co-worker than us. Guess thats why our subs weren't made correctly. Won't be returning to this location.
Paid $38 for 2 small subs and 2 fountain pops. Started to feel sick halfway through my sandwich. Still feeling sick 24 hours later. The pop machine was empty and put of 90% of the flavors. We should have been notified when ordering. The employee did nothing been my husband told her. I will be reporting this location to head office. I am sick and tired on spending top dollar on subpar food. This location is awful. I will also be reporting this to the health unit. I do not appreciate being made sick
Im always disappointed in the wait times so I talked to the employee there and they told me the owners demand less than 10% labor costs which is absolutely ridiculous. They went on to say that the actual food cost of sandwiches is 2 to 4 dollars and the owners personally pocket 10 or more dollars of EACH sandwich. They also showed me some VERY abusive emails from a man name Phill (the owner) and it was disgusting the way this man speaks to people and late emails suggesting he has quiet a drinking problem. Stop supporting greedy people who treat there workers poorly and profit so disgustingly.
It was my first time coming here and I am very impressed. The bun for the sandwich was really good quality, you get lots of meat on your sandwich, and the staff was helpful with navigating the menu and choosing toppings. Definitely will come back!
Had to wait extra 20 min and not a happy crew looked very overwhelmed. Looked like just the two in there, she also forgot the sauce on my sub or was very sparse
Great subs worth waiting for. The decor is lierally firehall. Local photos from fire scenes on the wall, bunker gear on hooks. All they need is a siren to announce when your order is ready (kidding, just say my name).
When compared with Subway it might feel a bit expensive. But I wouldn’t complain about it. The quality of meat and everything else is just top notch which is something that Subway lacks. Kudos to the great quality.
