By far, by FAR, the Best moving company I've ever used. Zach and Mike D. F were professional, courteous, careful and on time. These guys moved my entire condo in less than 2 hours and then unloaded my items into a house in less than 2 hours. The entire time, they were friendly, engaging, very careful with my items and professional. It was an absolute pleasure hiring this company and I will only be hiring them again for all of my moves moving forward. I recommend this company 100x over. We had this company move us a few years ago and we really impressed with everyone that in the team. They were very careful and speedy. We used two trucks and they finished within time they estimated. They were also pleasant movers which made the stressful day light for us. I have reccomendede to our other friends since.

I'm very late with my review, as Firemen Movers moved us on July 29,2022 from Ajax to Whitby, but I'm finally settled and getting to my To-Do List! Michael, Alfonso, Owen, Zach and Jackson were amazing! Very careful with our items, friendly, positive can-do attitudes, and left absolutely no damage. On top of that, they were punctual and actually finished ahead of schedule. I've never had movers cost me less than my estimate! This was a first! Firemen Movers were the movers we chose to move the contents of our home from the GTA to a community an hour and a half away. The crew of Brendan, Owen, Mike and Steph did a fantastic job for us. They were incredibly professional, friendly and full of energy. We were so pleased that we chose this company to handle our possessions as we had absolutely no problems. We have no hesitation recommending Fireman Movers and particularly these 4 individuals.

Josh, Jackson, Mike and Jerad moved us, were extremely efficient, kind, courteous and knew what they were doing. They didn’t linger, just worked really hard and Josh is a Tetris Master when packing the truck! Even after 7 hours of hard labour they were still laughing and having fun. They took great care of our things and made sure I was happy with where they were placing the furniture etc. I highly recommend them as a professional crew who know and care about their job. The price quoted was very close to what the final bill was - so no surprises. This was a two day move and I was impressed with their upbeat attitude up to the very end

This review has been a long time coming and now that I am home with time on my hands, here it is.
Back in April of 2019, my parents were moving from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom condo in Toronto. Personally, I have moved 2x, helped others move, as well as relocated and set up 2 distribution warehouses in my business life as I am a shipper. My parents move was the EASIEST by far. 4 young fit men showed up as scheduled, in their very distinguishable red 5 ton truck. I knew for SURE that this would only take one trip. Prior to them arriving, we packed & boxed my parents items and loaded the 5 rooms on the main floor for them so the movers did not have to traverse the stairs to the 2nd floor. They appreciated that because in 45 minutes the house was empty and the truck was packed. WOW! We left the movers in Southwest Etobicoke, to meet them at Bathurst & Steeles (my parents new location). I felt bad because we left them to maneuver that huge truck on a tiny street with construction all around them.
We went straight to my parents new location, to our surprise, the movers were just pulling IN, and WE left first and went directly there. Unloading the truck was a breeze for them. They were equipped with dollies and carts and luckily, my parents were on the main floor of the building. They handled the big ticket items like the sofa, bed and dressers with ease. Nothing damaged, quick move and the guys were courteous, friendly and professional. The move took about 2 1/2 hours. I believe there was a 3hr minimum. They were WELL WORTH it. I recommended them to ALL of my friends & family.
As a thank you/ parting gift, while my parents were squaring up the bill, my Mum was handed a little gift bag with a bottle of hot sauce in it.when asked how was it, my Mum replied " It was hot".
The pricing was straight forward and pretty much on par with other companies. I told my parents to go with Firemen Movers as they had rave reviews and they lived up to all of them with our move.

I would give this business 10 stars if I could. We called them to help pack and move my mother into her new apartment. They made this process, which would have been impossible for her, as easy as could be. Melissa was very responsive and helped answer all our questions in advance of the move. The staff who arrived to pack and move were punctual, well groomed, and VERY POLITE. They helped reassure my mother and took EXTREMELY good care of her items when handling them. They wrapped the delicate items with such good care so absolutely nothing was damaged or broken, and even used a rolled up carpet at her new place so they didn't damage the floors. At the end of the day, Carter reviewed and explained the charges and even gave my mom a really lovely housewarming gift. I was beyond impressed. They may cost a bit more than their competitors but the service was OUTSTANDING. Worth every penny. Thank you a million times!

These movers are the best we have ever used! And we have moved 9 times over 28 years! They were smart, fast, careful (with our stuff and the house) and well organized. Way to go Firemen’s!

We could not have been happier with Firemen; they provided outstanding service in every way. They delivered boxes ahead of time, exactly as promised, so we could do as much packing as possible ourselves. We packed over 100 boxes, so in the end they only had a few hours of packing to do (all the breakables), but they spent the rest of the time (their minimum work day is 4 hours) wrapping the furniture and staging the boxes to facilitate the actual move. The crew was polite, cheerful, and professional even at the end of the 10-hour moving day. Nothing was broken or damaged. The furniture that was dismantled (a bed, a pricey leather recliner) was expertly put back together. In addition, the final cost was much less than we feared. It's much better when the estimate is higher than the final cost, rather than the other way around. There were no hidden charges, and our crew never slacked off; they even ate lunch quickly at the old apartment rather than take a real lunch break (my husband was in the house with them the whole time). We highly recommend Firemen to anyone who is planning a move in Toronto!

These guys were amazing! They arrived right on time and the whole day was seamless. They worked hard to get it done as fast as possible, had great humour and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone moving.

We hired Firemen Movers to move our daughter from one location to another in Toronto. We were exceptionally pleased with the service. The two young men were pleasant and polite, showed up on time and were efficient in the planning and carrying out of the move. They cheerfully worked within a confined passageway and a very narrow third floor staircase, and all of our daughter's belongings were delivered safe and sound with no damage to the walls, doors or banisters. Every good thing you read in these reviews about Firemen Movers is absolutely true. I had them pack up my Toronto house and then move me to London and it went as smooth as can be. They were the only moving company I contacted who actually sent a real person to the house to see what the move entailed to come up with a quote. Very reasonable rates too. Loved the whole experience with them. Couldn't have been better.

We made the decision to hire the Firemen Movers after a recommendation and we are extremely happy with our decision. We lived on a second story walkup with no elevator to a townhouse in the same city. The service provided all along was outstanding, from the initial quote, to booking, packing tips and finally move day we were impressed the whole time. They showed up early, with all the supplies needed and got to work right away, they worked quickly and carefully, happy to report not a single item was damaged at all. Every piece of IKEA furniture was wrapped and blanketed, and was treated like it was high quality pieces. Upon arrival to the new place they were meticulous to understand how we had labeled the rooms, everything went in the right place. They set up the bed for us, and helped arrange furniture into the right places. They worked tirelessly, barely stopping for breaks but with great attitudes the whole time. Would recommend them to anyone for a move big or small.

So happy that I chose The Firemen Movers. They moved me from a condo to a home and I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it went. I was also impressed by how they wrapped everything or used blankets to protect my belongings. After they moved everything into my new home they did a walk about with me and moved a couple of furniture pieces that weren’t working where originally placed. If you own anything worth more than $700, beware of this company. They broke my prized Saarinen marble coffee table (cracked right down the middle). The response from management? "We are sorry about your table. " I only took the basic insurance because the owner of the company did a walk through of my house to provide my quote, and didn't express any concern about the marble table whatsoever. But even if I had taken their top-level insurance, they only would have given me $700 back (cost of table: $3,500). I expected much more integrity from firemen ("If you break it, you replace it") ; very disappointing.

Incredible experience! The price quoted was exactly what was charged no surprises no gimmicks like other movers. The guys were so fast, professional and just down right awesome! Can't recommend enough.

These guys were awesome. A couple of days ago we had a team from Firemen Movers relocate my family. They were top notch. Each guy introduced himself and shook my hand. I don't remember their names, but they were all awesome. One of the movers, a NY Giants fan, was a beast. He was hustling like their was an actual emergency. It was incredibly humid and this guy was doing a 3 box back carry while almost sprinting. Little Maurice was a firecracker. Punk Rawk Nick Cannon was super friendly and professional. The team leader Caleb (?) was very calm and organized, walked me thru the paperwork, kept me informed, etc. All of them were strong and professional. And their hustle was out of this world. Again, the conditions were horrible, insane humidity, torrential rain, and these guys worked for me and my family as if it was their own family. They took great care of my belongings. I wish i could give more stars. I 100% recommend. Prices were fair and reasonable.

For the recent move into our new home, we chose Firemen Movers purely on the excellent past reviews. Well, they did not disappoint. They worked hard, were very careful with the furniture and completed the move close to the estimated costs. Some of the furniture was very heavy and difficult to maneuver, but these guys handled it all very nicely. None of the furniture was damaged and we only has a small nick on a wall from the entire move.

I should add that I am talking about 2 moves, mine and my girlfriend's, into our new home!

On time, friendly, and hard working professional moving teams. Used them twice, and was very satisfied each time with performance and price. I've used other companies in the part but I'll stick with and recommend Fireman movers moving forward.

Your guys did a great job of moving my mother-in-law from her house to her new condo They were young but knew what they were doing every step of the way. Made her feel at ease about the whole thing. We would definitely use Fireman Movers again.

Never expected a move to be so painless and enjoyable. Especially since it was an out of town move to the city. Dave and Zack arrived right on time, they were personable and pleasant.
