I was pleased to have Adel as an instructor for this class. He was very kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He really covered all of the bases and answered all of our questions clearly. I am happy that I went with First Aid 4U. Very organized and professional. Highly recommend booking your course with them!:)
Adel was the most informative instructor I have ever experienced. His intensely intricate understanding of the biography of a human body showed in his incredible ability to teach complicated concepts but make them easily understood. His articulation of each step, and his engaging way of teaching the concepts helped solidify my understanding and will aid me in remembering crucial steps during a crisis. If you are looking to take a CPR course there is no better instructor. In addition to that, learning about the Red Cross and all they stand for and work towards left me feeling inspired to learn even more.
It was a pleasure to have Adel as an instructor for this class. He was very kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He really covered all of the bases and answered all of our questions clearly. I feel totally prepared to help in an emergency should the need arise. I appreciate all of your time and effort Adel, thanks again! When I was looking to book a first aid course I was overwhelmed by all of the choices. I am happy that I went with First Aid 4U. Very organized and professional. Highly recommend booking your course with them!:)
It was good. The instructor was able to deiver lots of information regarding the updated cpr and the use of abc and when to call 911 emergency hotline.
I have been taking CPR/First Aid for 40 years and this is by far the best course I have done. Eyad was friendly and engaging, and he kept everything interesting. 10/10 recommend! I'll be back when its time to recertify!
The Instructor was so great in giving lectures, well informative and lots of great ideas regarding the topics. The delivery qas great it is well understood. I have done my blended training at oxbury centre.
Recently took the course in Oxbury mall. The instructor has decades of experience as a surgeon and brought extra knowledge to the table which I appreciated. Made sure we understood material by doing check ins and reviews. Very charismatic with a sense of humour, which made the class very interesting (and fun). This was my third time doing First Aid training and I can say I feel more confident and well equipped having taken this course with him.
We covered a lot of material in the two day course. The instructor kept the class energized and attentive. This is my third time taking the course and found it to be the most informative.
Eyad is an amazing instructor. Extremely intelligent and kind; he was extremely well versed in the material and was more than happy to answer any questions. He made everyone laugh and enjoy the day!
Adel is such a wonderful person and a patient, knowledgeable instructor! He encourages us to think about what to do and how to do things correctly. It’s such a hard work standing there for 2 days, trying to help us with every detail that’s really essential! Just go with Adel and he would tell you all the things you need!
Trainer Mr. Eyad has a good knowledge and very interesting method of teaching and explaining all modules. I had a great interest in learning all the First Aid and CPR steps.
I enjoyed taking this class, the trainer was very knowledgeable, informative and did make the training fun. I feel more comfortable and confident to help someone in need after taking that class. Thank you!
Oxford St Training Centre: Excellent training program and efficient teaching methods. The trainer, Eyad was extremely friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend this.
It was a pleasure to be taught by someone as knowledgeable as Eyad. I had a great experience. Information was presented concisely and straight to the point. The hands-on activity was also a good experience. It was a good course, and I am glad I chose this to receive my HCP BLS certification. Thank you, Eyad!
This is my first training with regards to standard first aid and CPR. The training experience was amazing. I really loved the way our trainer Dr. Eyad taught us. His experience was an add on to the session.
Instructor was very passionate and dedicated, made learning easy. Space was made between students to keep distanced during lectures, and when partnering was required, kept to the same pairs every time to minimize potential exposure.
I just completed this course this afternoon and I learned a lot. The instructor, Eyad, was fantastic! He answered all the questions and took the time to get to know each of us and why we were taking the course.
During the instruction time it was clear that he was knowledgeable about the material and didn't need to read from slides or a manual. His experience was evident.
I had a great time and would recommend his course to anyone looking to re-certify or obtain their certificate for the first time.
I just finished my on line part of the course;Standard First Aid/CPR-AED LEVEL C on June 27th/2021 My in class was Tuesday June 29/2021 of which I pasted. I like the on line as I can absorb and work on sections at a time then walk away without being flustered at too much info at once;not be bombarded in a 2 full day in class with the exam. It's good too with working (if you are) working on it and then going to work. You can log in 24/7. We had our own props, kept in our taped off section in a square but cases did do interacting with a classmate when bandages etc needed to be done/practiced on. The instructor at exam (30 questions) did not rush between questions on the screen in case class-mates wanted to change our answer allowing each person fast or slow make sure answers-that I aprreciate The instructor-10/10 Awesome! But challenge the class to answers more or make it funny in intructions-just suggestions And thank-you so much for the Air conditioning on such a very hot day, Good luck to who ever goes this route. I cheer you on!
