2 day first-aid and CPR training course, 9am to 3pm with a lunch break around noon. It works fine, and it gets you certified.

Dr. Heba teaches in a very clear and efficient way for Standard First Aid and CPR. I learned both in theoretical and practical situations. My learning felt productive and no time was wasted

Just when I thought this was another corporate style CPR training course, I was thankful for Graham Thurston; our instructor, for making this course more hands on and free to have open discussions. Graham comes from a wealth of knowledge as he used to work for the homeless shelter and maximum security prison. Graham uses a lot of theory from a course guide as well as a lot of personal stories. There is small portion of hands on learning and practices with adult & child dummies, training kits and AED simulator. The Markham location is good but the office itself is quite dated. Overall, I would recommend this location and Instructor if you are lucky enough to have him.

Great place! Graham is awesome, washroom directly across the hall and it’s clean. Plenty of free parking with Tim’s directly across the street.

My experience was great, Dr. Heba was a very knowledgeable and made it easy and fun to learn at the same time. I am highly impressed and recommend this course to anyone who is thinking about taking it.

Dr. Heba was my instructor for my CPR first Aid certification. She is very knowledgeable about the topics and engaging when she explains them. She was able to keep me interested but also kept it concise. She gave me confidence with my first aid and CPR skills. I would highly recommend this course and Dr. Heba as an instructor!

My instructor, Mr. Graham was very passionate and extremely knowledgeable about what was presented in his class during the course, which really helped us to learn and retain. His experience was evident. He kept the session so lively and engaging, taking us through challenging situations with a lot of practice by giving us hands-on training.
The friendly atmosphere made us feel so comfortable to interact and share our thoughts freely as well. He ensured that we became well- versed in the material presented.

I recently took the blended CPR/First Aid course in Markham and Raafat was a great instructor. He was funny, personable and managed to keep the class on track. I have taken this course at other locations over the years, and he was by far the best instructor I have had.

The course was very useful, in a very interesting way of learning, sharing and hands on.and the instructor was very knowledgeable and informative with clear vision and ready for all types of information and demonstrations.

Our instructor Rowa was so incredible, he taught with so much passion, and truly gave us the tools to succeed in helping others during life threatening events.

The pacing of the day long course was very good; time to ask questions, absorb information. Two breaks plus lunch.
I was pleased with the group size (12) and the personalized organization so that each attendee had first aid materials as well as a synthetic adult torso and a small doll like child to practice chocking responses and CPR.
The videos broke up the delivery of course material by the instructor.
Our group's instructor was personable, happy to answer questions, and engaged participants in role playing.

Graham was excellent and was very informative with the subjects of First Aid Training and CPR. I came out having learned some things I didn't know before from previous courses with other organizations.

I attended the Standard First Aid CPR/AED level C on Woodbine Ave in Markham. My instructor Graeme was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, inclusive, and kept the material interesting. I left the course with a solid understanding of how to help someone in need in various situations. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to get certified or simply wants to better themselves.

I took the blended Standard First Aid and CPR training recertification course recently.
I found the online website difficult to navigate. It needs some updating to be more simple and streamlined.
My instructor was wonderful, as was my previous one 3 years ago.

I have just completed the First Aid CPR/AED Level C course with Arash Owrak at the Woodbine Address. Arash was very professional and his adherence to the Covid 19 protocols allowed the students to feel safe in this learning environment. The course material was presented clearly and logically with many real life examples to demonstrate the First Aid principles. In addition, Arash was very patient and not only took the time to answer all of our questions, but also repeated parts of the lesson when students seemed confused. I would definitely recommend First Aid 4U, to my friends and colleagues.

I want to first start by thanking the instructor. He was truly unique. He made it where everybody understood, and if they were confused, he made it very comfortable to ask questions. He was very approachable, and I appreciate that I am a hands-on learner, so the in-person part was phenomenal. I did the blended course, so I found the online portion to be very self-explanatory with being this type of learner. There were just a couple of difficulties, but overall, it was very laid out, so thank you for that. Overall I give first aid for you training five out of five. Your instructor was incredibly confident. Keep up the great work; I will be recommending you guys to everybody.

He had guided us patiently to handle different real life emergent scenarios applying practical procedures and methods. The online learning is informative and easily accessible with comprehensive learning contents. It's a bit disappointing that we didn't have as many hands on practices as usual due to the current pandemic. But overall it's awesome! Thank you for your great effort, Arash!

It was a great learning experience, I learned many things I thought I already knew, but I was incorrect. I learned a lot of new things as well that can save my own and the lives of many people. Great instructions from a great instructor, time went by fast meaning there was no time wasted when I was here.

I just finished my 2 day course on CPR and First Aid at the Markham Woodbine location. My instructor was Arash and he was SUPER! Since he is a doctor, he is so knowledgeable on every topic. He gave us many scenarios and I especially enjoyed listening to his own personal stories. Arash made the course interesting, fun, interactive and most importantly very patient with us. He made sure that we understood everything and was always eager to answer all questions. Now during COVID, he made sure that the classroom was spotless, and all the equipment were cleaned and sanitized properly. I’m glad that I took this course and I learned so much. I totally recommend Arash as your instructor!

The first aid class at this location was very good. The instructor Arash explained every section in emergency first aid and CPR Level C class in detail and he was very patient and helpful to the students in the practical aspect of the course. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to do this course to go to that location if they live in Markham.

I've taken many first aid courses in various provinces but this was the best one. That is 100% due to the instructor, Saad. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable, and was happy to dive deeper into questions that I wouldn't think he had the answers to. He had them all - to the point that several trainees asked if he was a doctor. Particularly impressive was his ability to ensure that "grey areas" were discussed, but always promoted the responsibilities and best practice of Canadian Red Cross First Aiders, so as not to confuse or leave someone guessing at appropriate/responsible action with use of this training.
At the same time Saad ensured the course remained on a punctual schedule, covering all topics until they were fully comprehended by all, but not exaggerating anything unnecessarily.
A truly excellent instructor and a very valuable experience. Highly recommended!

I was impressed with the amount of information given. I was a little pressed for time as we barely had time to finish the test. It was give too late in the day. And as for the instructor, he was clearly knowledgeable, but he was at times difficult to understand. We were mostly following his lead in explaining, and didn’t need to take any notes (which we were no told) nor did we follow the book by the chapters To which he was referring. The order and path of material explained was a little confusing.

But overall a positive experience.

Was required to obtain my CPR certification and as boring as I thought it would be, this company along with the course teacher; Rafat, went above and beyond my expectations. His teaching style was absolutely amazing and unique, all while teaching us the importance of first aid. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I shall potentially return to upgrade to a standard first aid as I was unable to attend for a second day.

Went for the two-day course. Covers all the requirements of the course. My advice is to give the material given to you earlier a read before taking the class to digest the class better. Instructor Aresh is very knowledgeable.
