Reem Alnasah the instructor too much attitude not helpful not enough equipment available for the fees $150 paid.she was very unprofessional to tell me I was not registered even after I showed her the email confirmation she says she dosent have me on her list. She asks me to get out and was so humiliating. No courtesy. I want my refund. This is not fair.

I was happy to find a local place to get training.its a little hidden gem in Brampton. I went in for the two days course. The trainers on both days were very good and made the learning fun as well as important and serious. This course would be helpful to anybody to learn updated info on first aid and CPR skills.special thanks to Sam and Aurangzeb for doing a great job with the class and students. See u in 3 years, when I need a refresh to the course.

Loved learning and gaining knowledge on Standard First Aid and CPR with our instructor - Mr. Aurangzeb. He taught in an excellent manner and provided a thorough and precise way of teaching that ensured student success. Felt engaged throughout the course and learnt a lot of necessary material.

I did my CPR and First Aid trining in that location. The Instractur Aurangzeb was very helpful and very cooperative. I have been Canada over 14 years. Did my High school and ECE diploma. Also did a Quality Assurance course in Centennial College. But I haven’t seen the instructor or professor like him who has super energetic during 8 hours to give lectures and showing us practical situation in a nice dramatic way so that students don’t get bored. Hopefully I will get more opportunities to join his class in future.

This training program was definitely really good! It was informative, funny, and just overall a great experience. My only feedback is that the instructor allowed for far too many war stories to occur. Not so much from himself, but from the people attending. In this case it was one individual who had an answer and a story for nearly every topic. While participation from trainees is certainly encouraged, it would be ideal if the instructor had full control of the class and know when to move on rather than letting a long drawn out story take place.

Other than that, fantastic! I reccomend this training facility! Oh, and Covid protocols were on point!

First Aid4U Brampton location is easy to find. I took my CPR/ First Aid certification 3 times in this location. I would like to highlight the instructor Aurangzeb’s exemplary skill in expounding informations about each topic of the course. He has a sense of humour and that made the discussions interesting and not boring. Thank you Aurangzeb for teaching us well, I was able to clarify and understand some informations which I missed to understand prior to this course. We’ll done and keep it up!

I've been taking my first aid CPR AED course from this location since 2014. The instructors were great. Informative and Fun class always.

I highly recommend First Aid 4U in Brampton. The location is easy to find. The instructor is excellent, friendly and highly knowledgeable. I forgot how much I forgot! Overall very good experience.

I will recommend this location and teacher Aurangzeb to everyone! His hands on way, and open floor atmosphere of teaching made it such an enjoyable experience. Although it is Covid at no time did I feel that we were put at risk. Class size was taken into consideration and comfort measures are explain as options in completing the tasks asked during the class. Overall I am 100% satisfied with this course and I will return again for any future training.

I had a great experience with my First Aid training at Brampton! The instructor Mr Aurangzeb was exceptional, made the training relatable, practical and thus understandable. Although, it was a lot to grasp within the time frame. I'm only really holding a star back to leave room for improvement.

Raafat was one of the best instructors I’ve ever got! I’ve taken this course several times but this is the first time I truly felt an instructor was passionate about his work. He was very knowledgeable in first aid and delivered the course in an entertaining yet informative manner. Definitely recommend this place for anyone trying to get a first aid certificate and would ask around for Raafat!

Really great CPR and first aid course taught by Aurangzeb. I enjoyed my two day course because I always felt engaged in the conversation and I learned a lot. Very safe covid wise, they provide gloves and masks and only do partner work twice. I highly recommend this location.
