First Aid 4U Training Etobicoke

My experience with First Aid 4U was great, and that is all due to my instructor, Rafat. It was clear to see that most of the participants attending today's course were incredibly tired, including myself. However, Rafat lightened the room with his humor, kindness and expertise. As an educator myself, I'd like to speak to his teaching style. I found it to be equally professional and engaging, without being making anyone uncomfortable. Needless to say, Rafat grasped everyone's attention and made the time spent in class enjoyable. I was lucky enough to have been taught by Rafat previously (2018 in Mississauga) and both times I was left confident, happy and satisfied. Being trained by Rafat himself would strongly encourage me wanting to renew my certificate with the same company. Thank you to First Aid 4U for making this process so easy with your various courses offered throughout the city and a huge thank you to Rafat for making the in person portion of our class so wonderful. I hope your great work is recognised by others as well!

The training provided by Maged was absolutely amazing. He didn’t rush anything and taught everything in a proper manner. A lot of instructors would just try and rush through everything to finish quickly but Maged did not. He was patient and answered all questions and made the whole classroom experience very enjoyable. The instructor, Megda, was absolutely qualified for this position, and provided a wealth of information to the class participants. Questions were answered calmly, systematically, and always with a question to the class as to whether this had instigated thinking or further questions from others. I have taken this course more times than I can remember over the years, and this iteration stood out for its sheer professionalism, and invoking further interest in the student for the subject matter. Actually looking forward to doing this again, if this gentleman remains with the program.

Maged was so good as an instructor he explained everything in a simple way. Plus I liked how friendly he was and the way he used humour to the conversation. I highly recommend him as an instructor.

Maged was an amazing instructor. This was my second First Aid/CPR-AED course, and the first time at this location. Maged made the class extremely engaging and fun, and his method makes sure that all the information and specifics stay in your memory. I never once felt bored or out of focus, the whole experience was amazing. Maged is very passionate about the subject and everyone's safety, and makes sure to provide various scenarios to cover all possibilities. My 2 days with first aid 4u was the best cpr training i had ever had. The teachers are amazing. They taught the lessons with a up beat carisma that kept u engaged and not bored. They were funny and fun i would highly recommend taking your 2 day training with them.

To this fine company! I'm an active realtor of 35+ years in the GTA. I took the two day course reluctantly due to a hectic schedule but it turned into one of the most important decisions of my life.
Once in a Blue Moon, if ever, will you encounter an individual like Maged. From the second the course began he addressed all of us by First Name as if we were already part of a family.
Young and Old, he patiently made sure every one of us absorbed, mastered and understood the seriousness of this training.

Magad was such a great instructor! He used humour to help us learn and I could tell he was very passionate about teaching First Aid! The course was very organized and I now have the confidence to perform first aid if I need to.

I just completed my First Aid/CPR-C/AED training today. Maged is a superb instructor and his teaching style is very engaging. He is informative making sure everyone knew the material with his frequent reminders and repetitive comments of the important points. He brings personal stories and experiences to the course which helps people understand what is being taught. Maged treats everyone in the course as if they are his friends. I have been doing First Aid courses ever since I was 20 yrs old. Now, being 40 and going through recertification and the process can sometimes be tedious and sometimes boring. As much as these courses are truly important, especially with my personal experiences, I am grateful for what I've learned and how it prepared me for many different scenarios and the interaction with people I have had in an emergency situation.

This course I just concluded with Maged at the Etobicoke location was fantastic. I really liked the interaction, the courtesy, and the very comprehensive info. Most of all, Maged made the course and the time go by with ease.

I want to thank First Aid 4U and really hope this same experience can be shared by all that attend.
