Amazing 2 day weekend course and Kalli our instructor was very informative and knowledgeable with a great personality.

Kalli is a delightful teacher. I have taken this course since I was a teenager, but I picked up some great new info from her.

The teacher is awesome dont know how elas to say it. She made us laughen and made it fun. I definitely recommend this First Aid Course. You dont know what your missing if you go passed this one. I will be doing back next time I have to do it. Hope you choose this one and have as much fun as I did.

Kalli is a very passionate instructor. She knows the way to keep a class interacted. She’s funny but she makes sure to get all the material in and also in a timely manner. Thank you for making and all day class feel like a few hours.

Great hands on with instructor overseeing. Test seemed a bit difficult. Would like small manual in advance next time.

Its the best training i had for my entire life. He want us to feel in real life situation. I forgot everything for the past but what he teach us will be remember as he explain it will and make us part of the lectures. Best recommendations to take cpr training in this locations. I will recommends to everyone.

Enrolled in the BLS course with instructor Kim West. She was awesome and explained everything thoroughly and in a way that everyone in the class was able to comprehend. I feel confident that I will be able to apply the skills I learned through the course if I am ever in a situation that requires it

Kim West was a fantastic mentor throughout my First Aid training. Not only did she stick to unbiased thoughts and teachings but she enlightened the class with humour and fun! You can tell she is dedicated to her work. Thank you for a memorable training session.

The instructor was AWESOME. You will learn the basics of CPR and first aid, as well as enjoy a lot of laughs.

5/5 stars I am certified. Just the building is hard to find (back of the plaza, door with no sign for CPR and up two flights of stairs, down a hallway.) There were no instructions on where to find the building so I went into the bank to ask and the women who told me where to go asked if it was for CPR so I have a feeling they get people asking a lot.

Very poor experience because they gave me the certificate with the wrong name which is useless to me. I corrected my name with the instructor before the start of the class and even got the right name on the temp card but the one I got from redcross was incorrect because of these people. I tried calling and emailing and they will not help me get it changed now. Poor customer service and they just dont care about customers at all. Once you paid the money and left the building, they just ignore you.

A very interesting and useful course with great instructors, but there's definitely room for improvement - particularly with regards to the presentation of the material.

Our instructor, Dr Sameh Yossef, was amazing. He made the course really easy, informative and interesting. I learned a lot & enjoyed it a lot.

I had the pleasure of completing a Standard First Aid course with my teenager son with First Aid 4U Training in Hamilton. I was very pleased with the ease of booking my session and the option of Blended Learning for self-paced completion at home instead of in the classroom. This saved us significant time.

The option to select a class close to home was appreciated. The classroom was neatly prepared and started punctually by the instructor, Kalli Voulodakis. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and engaging. Even my teenage son said, "That wasn't so bad! ". That's a huge compliment in our books! We will definitely book our recertification with First Aid 4U again! Thank you Kalli!

Sam is such a wonderful guy to learn from; I think I've learned more from him than my last three instructors.

Came to do a recertification for my First Aid and I enjoyed the training from Sam. He did a very good job of keeping us interested in the course.

I had the pleasure of completing this training with Raafat in Hamilton and I must say in all my years of doing first aid and CPR training, I have never had such an amazing experience like I did with Raafat. He was so engaging, funny and kept the training lively with demos and interactive activities all throughout. I took the full day training for my emergency first aid and CPR certification and I can easily say the day flew by fast and the training was so much fun. Special thanks to Raafat for making the training so engaging and teaching us dry material in a creative way! Thank you and I will definitely be doing my recertification with Firstaid4u as well hopefully with Raafat again!

I really enjoyed my recertification for BSL I did on July 27th. The instructor was fantastic too. Very professional with a personal touch and great sense of humour too! Kim west was the instructor.

Our instructors Sam he makes the class fun very informative very approachable makes everyone comfortable and yet very professionally conducted Sam displays sincere care for his participants very very knowledgeable and provides excellent teaching relations.

Instructor was very friendly, made a few jokes and included everyone in the room. Knowledgeable and able to answer/explain any questions.

Very informative and interesting course. The instructor (Kali) often related her personal experiences during the different demonstrations, allowing people to further learn and understand the necessity of thorough and immediate action in the event of a medical emergency. She had a memorable and thoughtful answer to any first aid question that participants had, often creating further dialogue and understanding in the class.

Would definitely take again!

I really enjoyed my 2-day First Aid 4U training in Hamilton that took place last week. The Instructor was thorough and used humour as a learning tool. Networking with a wonderful group of professionals was an added bonus.

The BLS course I took was really good, my instructor Sam was funny. I will definitely be coming back next year when it’s time to renew

The training was very well done considering the restrictions of covid. Safety precautions were well thought out. It was a nice added touch to have the instructor take the time to consider our mental health during this time.

Wonderful instructor (Kalli), very well taught and presented. Safety precautions due to Covid was taken very seriously and were in place to keep everyone in the class safe. It was a very educational learning experience in a relaxing and fun class setting.
