The instructor was very knowledgeable of every topic, and also very thorough when it came to the hands on approach towards the content being taught. He never spent his time just reading off the monitor, but instead made eye contact with everyone in the room and delivered with confidence. It definitely made the experience and education of the training that much better.

The instructor of the course is highly recommended. I have done this course several times and Eyad was by far the most thorough. Its all the same information but his teaching methods and his knowledge made all the information stick with you.

First Aid 4U is definitely one of the best training sessions I've attended. Their instructor (Eyad) is not only knowledgeable but more importantly is an effective teacher who truly captures the spirit of humanitarianism that Red Cross espouses in the personal anecdotes he shared during the class. I appreciate that he put a lot of effort into his lecture to make it engaging and relevant to current social issues.

I have used First Aid 4U Training for my last three certifications because Lisa makes 'learning fun'. The course is completely professional and top notch and Lisa also does a great job keeping participants engaged.

The class was not what I was expecting. I was expecting a lot of boring videos, long talks, and text reviews. It wasn’t that at all. It was so surprising how Lisa (our trainer) could make such a long class so engaging informative and fun. I initially applied to take the 1 day emergency CPR/FirstAid course, but I decided to join the 2nd class after experiencing seeing for my self how valuable it was.
Definitely worth it.

The First Aid CPR/AED training 2 day class was very enjoyable with our easy and informative Instructor Lisa made the class flow very easy and kept on repeating things to us several times so all people in the class totally made it easy to remember would totally recommend this class and I'll be back when it's time to re certify thanks again Lisa for the great work!

Instructor Lisa Hibma could not be more qualified to teach the CPR & First Aid course offered by First Aid 4U Training.

With a decade of experience as a paramedic, a highly interactive approach to teaching, and a great sense of humor, Lisa actually made what should be a fairly dull 2 day course into something that was genuinely enjoyable to attend. First Aid 4U Training is lucky to have her, & you should consider yourself lucky if you get her as your instructor.

Phone & e-mail communication with First Aid 4U was also easy & clear.

My instructor Eyad was great, very knowledgeable, very helpful. Easy to understand, great sense of humor, kept things moving along and interesting.five stars.

Some of the information the instructor gave to the students was medically wrong. But at the end, it doesn't matter because it seemed to me nobody in there will remember anyways. The instructor though was a nice guy with a few language barriers.

Just did the 1 day Emergency First Aid yesterday with Karen and it was probably the best first aid training I have received. For the last 7 years I've gone through another company (paid for by my old employer) and I was curious now using Red Cross with my new employer how it would differ. Karen was fun and informative and I look forward to going back in 3 years to recertify!

Eyad is an excellent instructor and you can tell he is someone who really enjoys what he does while ensuring that students enjoy and grasp every aspect of the course. His humour and positive attitude were greatly appreciated as well!

I was nervous about doing this course, as it was my first time. I was taught by Lisa, and she made this experience fun! We learned a lot, and she taught the information in a way that we would remember. Lots of filling in the blanks of what she said, and repeating the information so that by the end of the day you would know it! Hands on work was a lot of fun and made the material more memorable. Great experience.

Eyad, the instructor, made the class fun, filled with humour, and of course filled with knowledge. Eyad effectively answered every question myself and the other students had during the class, and ensured we had everything down before he moved on.

EYAD was my instructor, I was at the Oxbury Mall location in London. He made it as enjoyable as he could considering it’s 8 hour long days. When I have to get recertification done in 3 years I’ll definitely go back to that location and hope I get EYAD as my instructor.

Excellent. The best CPR and first aid training. Even though I had taken the course before, from India, long back, the training given by instructor Adel Ladham made it an extremely excellent experience and a refreshment of my forgotten knowledge in a beautiful way. The way he explains everything is really great.

Fantastic atmosphere to learn in the classroom. I had Karen as my instructor and she made it very fun to learn and was she very knowledgeable on what she was teaching. I will come back here when I have to renew my CPR!

Eyad at the Chatham site was amazing! Explained everything thoroughly, and made it an enjoyable experience. The hands on material helped a lot and Eyad would guide you in the steps to take.

Instructor was very well spoken. Kept it light at times. Very minor complaint; there should be signs at the entrance explaining where in the building the classroom is located.

I took the Standard First Aid and CPR/AED training course for the first time. Our instructor's name was Eyad. He was very professional, up beat, knowledgeable and humorous, which made this class a pleasure to attend. His experience and stories allow you to soak in the information and never forget. He does not rely on outdated old videos to teach the course for him like other courses I have attended elsewhere in the past.
This company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Payment and registration was easy online and our certificates are sent to us via email so I always have a copy on hand for future purposes.

Lisa was the best trainer I have ever seen. This is my third time doing the training but this time was the most interesting and exciting. No videos or books just real hands on training with real life situations. I hope she is there in 3 years when I need to recertify.

This was my second time having Lisa as the instructor! She makes the course interesting, informative and makes one comfortable being in a room of strangers. With using her past experiences and everyday life accidents/medical happenings, it makes learning more interesting. Lisa makes sure that you do not walk away from this course with no knowledge of First Aid (she likes to repeat and repeat until we repeat back!) Most things happen in 4! ;) Hoping to have Lisa once again on my next recert!
