Mike was such a good teacher if you get him as your instuctor I promise class will not be boring and you will leave in a great mood and well educated

GREAT FUN-due to covid restrictions there was an extremely small class
and more interaction with the instructor
He was very supportive to our questions as well our answers
I had taken the course before;however, September 12 was -to me-

It was a great experience! The professor was very professional he made sure to repeat the information many times what made the test easier.

I am a professional who must have an up to date first aid certificate. This is the first time I used this organization and found the training to be easy to follow and practical. The content covered more areas than I have been trained in before. (Naloxone and Childbirth support). Our trainer was also a very genuine person and never let anyone feel silly for asking a question. During our test we were also given a good amount of time and the trainer repeated the questions for us if we missed one or wanted to review the question. Thank you!

I enjoyed my two days training with Raafat, he is a very good, knowledgeable and experience instructor. Very patience in teaching and uses the simplest things for his example making sure everyone was on the same page. Thank you

The experience was great. Mike is a brilliant instructor who enjoys what he does. This is is evident through the passion he teaches with. He has a wealth of real life experience, which helps in providing a realistic approach to students. His focus on providing help to people in the real world is what ever instructor should do.

He explains how the body’s fight or flight response works and how it kicks in during emergencies, providing insight to future first aiders who might be inexperienced in this feeling.knowing this information beforehand can be beneficial in saving and preserving life.

I hope that FirstAid4u recognizes the instructor for his great work and passes it on to him.

I'm Chris and had Mike M as a trainer, who was very knowledgable and thorough, and everyone in our small group of 3 passed as we understood the lessons well.

I had a great experience with First Aid 4U. The instructor, Raafat at the Mississauga location, made it enjoyable and entertaining.

I have taken multiple trainings here over the last few years and they have always surpassed my expectations. My last instructor, Raafat, was phenomenal. He was teaching the course specific to Health Care Professionals (now called Basic Life Support). Raafat also happens to be a medical doctor, and was able to add valuable knowledge for us as health care providers.

I took the 2 day SFA C course in Mississauga with Mike. M. He is a great, interactive, and knowledgeable instructor. I learnt so much more in this course, than I have in all my other 2 day courses. I thoroughly enjoyed taking this First Aid course, and would highly recommend him as an instructor.

What truly made this class and experience one of a kind was Mike the instructor. The content of the class was standard but Mike has a full passion for his job and you can tell! Every one of us in the class appreciated his dedication and effort displayed. There are a few things I would think would be important to incorporate into the Red Cross programs. If I were to recommend this course to anyone I would only do so in making sure they attend Mikes class! Thanks again Mike!

Had a very good experience doing my First Aid Training. My instructor made the class fun but very educational.

Rafaat was our instructor and he’s really a knowledgeable person and demonstrated the skills needed for the subject. He made the course fun, engaging and quite informative in a way people will learn better. Ended the day with a written exam and definitely will be coming back again.
Also Thomas was a good sport.

Highly recommend place. If you can choose instructor ask for Dawond, very experienced instructor with amazing sense of humor.

Raafat was our instructor and he was great. He kept us entertained and was very knowledgeable. His personality helped lighten the mood when we were nervous about our first day or exam. Raafat used real life examples to explain how a situation might come up.

We were let down at the last minute for another first aid course we found First Aid 4u quickly and they had an available course for my son. We needed a temporary certificate which easily got via email. All in all they saved the day!

Dr. Rafaat is the best at this job. I’ve taken three other first aid classes at different locations with different instructors and i never seemed to retain the information because of the lack of interest and monotone voices. Dr. Rafaat interacts with the class in a fun and engaging manner with amazing energy and passion all throughout. I would definitely take this class with him again!

Honestly I always get drowsy when I am in class like these. However, with Raafat it was impossible for me to be drowsy. He is a teacher with difference and poise. He made my training experience amazing and interesting. Most importantly he knew all of his students names right at the beginning of the class. He was engaging and made a lot of jokes that sparked laughter and interest. I can go on about him. He is literally the best instructor I have had throughout my life. Thank you so much Raafat!

The content delivery was concise and appropriate, and the instructor was really nice! I'm giving this location 4 stars because the unit within the plaza did not have a functioning heating system, and I took this course in December. From 9am-2pm we sat in the cold room until my instructor was able to turn the heat on after several failed attempts. Otherwise both the online component and in-person training were pretty good.

Raafat was an absolutely outstanding instructor! He was funny, engaging and very informative. I enjoyed his class very much!

This was my first time getting my certification through First Aid 4U and it was one of the best experiences I had. The instructor was extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all questions and concerns without hesititation. I did the course during COVID-19 and they made sure there was no contact between others and implemented all necessary measures to help stop the spread. I highly recommend!

Hazim made the class fun (even during Covid-19). It was good to refresh my certificate. Looking forward to my next renewal!

A great place to get your certification for Standard First Aid and CPR! The instructor Dr. Hazim was patient with us and taught the course material with incredible passion to keep our attention for the full 8 hours a day. I really enjoyed learning both the theoretical and practical applications of the life saving protocols taught in class. I will definitely be coming back to review my license after 3 years!

I learned so much from this course and I actually had fun too!

There was a lot of information to absorb but the instructor (Aurangzeb) explained everything so well and clear! He’s the best and accommodated me when I told him I didn’t feel well as I have very low iron levels.

I did the 2 Day Standard First Aid w/ CPR & AED. The days were long (9-5) but because there is so much interesting and useful things to learn the time flies by so quickly!

Also, there is a fridge and microwave in the room. I found that very convenient.

Dr. H. Abdulrazaq was an excellent instructor. I refreshed and improved my skills through this course. I really enjoyed this course.
