I learnt so much during my first aid and CPR training, it included some very useful information and tips. Amazing class and instructor, Mr. Moore was really kind and explained everything thoroughly.

Dawoud at First Aid 4U Oakville was an excellent instructor! I learned so much and was very confident in my abilities to properly administer first aid and CPR by the end of the course. Dawoud was very patient and explained the content very well and he created a very pleasant learning atmosphere in the classroom. Everyone should take this course!

My wife and i attended the jan 14th course in oakville and we had Mike Moore as our teacher. Mike did an absolutely phenomenal job at teaching the class, you could tell he wasn’t just there to collect a paycheque, he was so passionate about what he was teaching and we had a great time learning from him. Im convinced if we had any other teacher it wouldn’t have been half as good. All said we had a great time and are considering taking more courses because of the experience he gave, awesome!

Dawood was Amazing, it is my third time I attend this course, but this time with Dawood, I feel that I learned much more than before, his way of explaining the information was in a way that makes you realize (what happened to the body, then what to do, and why we are doing it this way not that way, as I said: he is the best, I wish he share his knowledge with other instructors.

We had a great instructor on Saturday April 17th in Oakville. He was patient and thorough and had a great sense of humour to make a long day feel not so long. My only comment is the online portion.it is A LOT to take in for those who don't learn best this way. I understand with current circumstances it is necessary. Not sure if there is a way to trim it down a bit.

I was required to get my First Aid/CPR/AED to be a caregiver. I chose First Aid 4U because of its convenient location. Dawoud was a fantastic instructor! He was patient, very informed and was able to accommodate all of our different learning levels. I am happy that we did some hands on training, as I learn best that way. I recommend this location!

Very comprehensive and educational course, this is my third time completing an Emergency First Aid training and I feel like it covered the most material of all. The instructor Dawoud was very knowledgeable and did a great job of keeping the material interesting and ensuring that we all felt safe given the current Covid regulations.

Great experience, the instructor explained every single detail she repeated several times and she was so cooperative and helpful
She answered all our questions and Offered too many activities and videos to help to assimilate most of the important notes

My instructor was the best instructor ever. Doing this cource during COVID obviously means there are limitations but my instructor made the class interactive, informative and fun!

I did mine last december 2020 and it was a great learning experience.the instructor/teacher (whose name I forgot) was very knowledgable and made sure we understand and had fun learning the contents. I recommend this to everyone!

I found this training to be excellent. The online component was detailed and clearly addressed what needed to be taught. I appreciated the expertise and patience exhibited by Reema, our in-class instructor, as she taught the required content with patience, respect for the levels of confidence in the learners, and ensured that all required information was covered in thorough detail. All safety protocols were addressed and it was a very comfortable learning environment for one that took place during a pandemic. Thank you.

This is my fourth First aid training and by far my favourite and most memorable (which is important for these life-saving skills). I feel more prepared for anything now.
This blended learning was extremely comprehensive. The online training prior to the in-class component was detailed and thorough, covering a wide range of important topics. I felt prepared to go to the in-person training and could recall much of the information that was covered. The in-class instruction allows for the hands-on and practical learning of the skills, which is very necessary to feel comfortable with the concepts and practice. While learning extremely important and necessary life-saving skills, Rema also made the day fun and is an amazing instructor.
I would highly recommend First Aid Training here.

My instructor was Maged. He made the experience really enjoyable. He was a great teacher and got the entire class engaged. I am so glad I booked it when I did! He taught with enthusiasm and passion. I would highly recommend him as a teacher for first aid!

Efficient and great training provided! Customer service was very quick and helpful in helping me set up my account and provide additional details for the training I signed up for.

Took training under Covid conditions. Only 2 attendees + trainer. All procedures to stay at distance were clear. Even the parts were the training required to be close to your training partner were clearly explained how to go about it and all necessary protection (PPE etc.) were taken. Despite spending the whole day inside, I never felt at risk of possible virus exposure. Very well organized.

Recommended this to anyone looking for first aid certification. Make sure to ask for Dawoud, he had so much knowledge and made the class really informative and honestly fun.

Justtook my first aid/cpr course with hazim. The course was very informative and the instructor did a great delivering in delivering the content and keeping us entertained.

Would def recommend it and go back should i need any other similar courses and certifications.
