Excellent experience, the instructor, Smitty, was fantastic. He was not dry, I did not fall asleep during the training. He is very engaging and you could tell he had experience and brought this out wonderfully through his training and coaching.

Lisa was great and the blended course was much nicer than needing to take two full days off to complete everything in person.

I just wanted to let you know that this was the best first aid course I’ve ever taken. I have taken at least six other first aid courses in the pass once from your school five or six years ago, and he is absolutely the best instructor I’ve ever had. He’s very engaging, he’s very supportive. He’s very helpful. He’s very friendly by the end of the course I felt like all the other students were my friends. He listen to our stories he supported us. He complimented us. It was not a horrible experience.

Just completed a 2 day course with Smitty.awesome experience. David is an amazing instructor and I'm so thankful for the knowledge and experiences that he shared with all of us. I hope to never use the knowledge I've gained over the last couple days but if the day does come I know what needs to be done and have to confidence to do it.

Standard first aid certification could have been a 1 day, 4-5 hour course if not for all the rambling and personal stories. Captivating for some but a general waste of time for those who want to get their certification and get out of there. Hawley is a passionate instructor but not very efficient. Could pass on the history of the Red Cross portion…

The instructor David Smith was amazing and very knowledgeable. Explained it in such a way that you left feeling very confident if placed in a real life scenario. Would recommend

Holly was a great instructor! His stories of his own experience on the field really helped keep us all engaged and I feel I learned alot from this training!

In class portion:
- Good instructor.
- It would be better if the TV was the appropriate size to see the presentation, or if used a projector allowing a wide screen.

Online portion:
- Well designed.
- It would be better if it provide a summary of main points for each chapter allowing the student a quick refresh about them.

This was my second First Aid class and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The teacher was so informed, clear and very nice! Everything was amazing 10/10.

He was very clear in his teaching and explanations, always answered all questions and gave examples and in some cases exact situations and what to do!

If you or someone you know is looking for first aid training, I highly recommend First Aid 4U they are with the Red Cross and in my experience are a top shelf training company!

Hello I went on Jan 30-31 2021. Loved how it was a smaller group. Time went well and fast. Instructor was great lots of stories

I took the recertification course and it went very well! We did a review of the material over the day and the test was straight-forward. I felt safe taking it in person during the covid restrictions.

I did not mind not being able to do the hands on due to covid. I felt the teacher covered everything and did good demonstrations.

Our teacher made the course fun and engaging. Even during a pandemic, I felt safe and had a great time learning first aid skills.

I just finished my Standard First Aid and CPR level C training at your Brampton Centre. I would like to commend the instructor, Rowa Ebrahim who is knowledgeable and expert on the topics and skills. My very first time to attend a training without falling asleep. He was well prepared with the discussions and visual presentations. He showed videos with true-to-life emergencies and first aid procedures. His discussion was very detailed and clear. Kudos to him! Thank you for all the things I learned during the training, Rowa! Thumbs up to the management also for clean and safe facilities and equipments at the centre. Proper and safe health protocols were followed from Rowa’s screening of participants as we come in and distancing during the whole duration of the training. Thank you for keeping us all safe.and for the amazing experience!

Exceptionally rude and unaccomodating. Will not accommodate different needs during a pandemic and insisted that a 7 month pregnant woman attend in class training some time either during her last trimester or the first 4 weeks after giving birth. Simon was belittling and dismissive.

They made me feel unsafe and like they would not provide adequate first aid care education since they can not provide safe and appropriate accommodations or mitigate risk during these unprecedented times.

I mentioned both my expiration date as well as with whom I am certified with. Both meet standards for recertification (December 31st and red cross). This was mentioned several times.

Additionally, it was also mentioned several times that I need to maintain my certification in cpr and first aid to be able to practice professionally so a date after December 31st would not be applicable.

If your associate took the time to listen and/or read instead of being dismissive perhaps a solution could have occurred.

Your reply does not address any of the issues and I stand by my review and perspective.

I agree that we all need to do our best during a pandemic and I was presented with less understanding and options instead of compassion and at least an attempt to assure comfort and safety. I hope you take this review to heart.

Attended the emergency first aid 1 day course at the Etobicoke location. Well worth it, with great instructor (Maged), who was well versed on the material and kept the class motivated, and interested.

While the instructor was well spoken and did a good job of explaining the 'why' behind specific interventions, he did not facilitate much in terms of practical or hands on learning. I think this is a critical gap as practical experience plays such a key role at building confidence and competence during an actual emergency. During the few practical components of the course there was limited instruction or supervision to ensure all students accomplished the necessary skills. He also demonstrated very little patience for some other members of the class who were struggling. I have always used Red Cross certified courses but I will not be returning to First Aid 4U in the future.

5 star rating goes out to the instructor, Eyad; he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. He made excellent use of time and did an en exceptional job teaching the material. After 20 years of taking First Aid; I rate Eyad as one of the best instructors.
I was not happy with the $4.00 parking fee.
First Aid 4U staff who handled payment and course schedule were prompt to respond to emails and phone calls, and very professional and helpful.
I would recommend First Aid 4U to others.

Hawley is a great instructor, very personable, and did a great job of making things clear and easy to understand. Lots of hands on instruction and it’s clear that he really knows his stuff.

I LOVED Irene our instructor: she made both days very fun.she would put a lot of effort and creativity in making our learning relevant. Irene would spontaneously need first aid, creating scenarios where we would have to help her or "Kenny" the dummy. Highly recommend this course.the two days flew by - thanks Irene

It was a great class with a wonderful instructor. I went in for my refresher, which makes me qualified for 3 more years.
The class is tricky to find. It is in an industrial complex. Reminder not to be late. Allowed 15 minutes, after that you will have to reschedule.

I attended the 2 day weekend course at the Markham location for CPR/AED & standard first aid. My instructor was Arash. His knowledge of and passion for the material was inspiring. His medical expertise gave us additional context and understanding. I liked the hands on nature of the course. I’ve taken several of these over the years and this was by far my best experience.
