Fantastic Instructor! Judy explained everything to us thoroughly. She kept it going at a steady pace but she slowed down to answer questions whenever someone needed further information. I learned a lot in just 2 days.

Great experience, I did an update and I loved the instructor, Judy is amazing she totally gaves great classes with material and real life experiences and answered all questions and doubts we had, totally recommend.
The room is big enough for the practice, the only but about this is the washrooms, they need a better care.

Instructor was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and fun. However, the facility is awful. The rug looks disgusting. Since we do have to be on the ground for CPR, it matters. Also, 2/3 bathroom stalls were broken.

The blended Red Cross Standard First Aid + CPR course provided a good balance of online theory and in-person skills training. The instructor, Derek Scott, was very knowledgeable, experienced and engaging.

We all agreed that the way our instructor Julie taught and explained everything was so engaging and unique, the 2 days we were there flew by quickly. I had an amazing experience at my blended first aid and CPR-C training with Julie! Her entire presentation had my undivided attention. She used great examples and explained things clearly to ensure I understood each chapter. I have received previous training through other organizations, but my FA/CPR-C with Julie and Red Cross made me feel more confident in the skills learned in the classroom. Julie kept the entire class engaged in her lessons, and encouraged us with the highest professionalism when performing the hands-on sessions. Our instructor was phenomenal. She has an impressively extensive background in both teaching and medical emergencies and was an absolute delight to learn from. She wove applicable stories from her personal First Aid/CPR background into the coursework, making it much easier to actually visualize how real-life emergency situations look. This is the first ever medical class that i never want to leave. My instructor was Julie. She is really an excellent teacher. I am pretty sure that everyone loves the way she teach. I would like to join her.

Julie is an outstanding instructor who caters her teaching to her students! Finding ways to explain things in ways that would benefit the class best. Ex/ Nursing students will get more technical explanations and terminology. Had a great time!

I recently completed the two day in-class Standard First Aid & CPR Level C/AED course yesterday (July 31 2020). This course was offered by First Aid 4U Training & Supply located in Sudbury on Barrydowne Road.

I had booked this course back in May 2020, but everything got postponed due to COVID-19 so I was glad to receive the call that the course was finally being offered in class again.

I'll admit that when I first arrived, I thought I would be watching the clock and counting down the hours to leave, but the next thing I knew the hours were flying by and I didn't even check the time once! I really enjoyed this course and I feel that Julie, the instructor, made the ultimate difference with her natural ability to keep her learners truly interested and engaged! I've definitely gained a new interest in the Red Cross foundation, better confidence in myself to respond to emergency situations, and I've learned new, vital information.

I can only hope that everyone who plans to takes this course gets Julie as an instructor, but if not than I hope they complete the course leaving with similar fortune, skills, and knowledge to go out into the world and help in the event of medical emergencies.

Julie was awesome to have as a first aid teacher. She is highly knowledgeable and experienced in first aid. This is my third time re-doing my first aid certification, and Julie was by far the best first aid instructor I've had so far.

Julie was a great instructor. Based on her various experiences, she had many anecdotes that helped us learn. She was pleasant, clear and efficient resulting in a very informative class.

I have had to do many CPR and First Aid classes over the years for professional development. I have to say this is the best one I have done yet. Julie was my instructor and she was very knowledgeable and was a great interactive instructor. Very passionate and kept the class interesting. Will definitely be back for my recertification in a few years!

I was in a small group to do First Aid and CPR-C in North Bay and our instructor Ken was really great! He incorporated a lot of real life stories that he has that help to apply the relevant material that we were learning. When I eventually need to recertify I'm hoping to have him again in the future.

Great course with thorough and relevant knowledge and skills. Michelle was fun.clear, very interactive and super informative. Positive experience overall.

Instructor was well informed and kept the course very interesting, we were provided significant practice doing CPR which was great. I would have liked a bit more hands on experience in the area of first aid, splints etc. I found some of the test questions to be very arbitrary and confusing which I think defeats the purpose of CPR and First Aid in general. The goal of testing should always be to reinforce the important elements of CPR so we never forget. Not to confuse the person with trick questions.

Michelle had great experiences in real situations made her teaching and training alot beneficial for everyone who joined her classes. She's also very good at demonstrating the techniques.

Ken was the best First aid instructor, and kept the class focused, the entire time. He told lots of stories about his experiences in the outside world and he was funny. GREAT teacher. Hope to see him again in three years! Highly recommended first aid 4U.
