It was 2 amazing days with Dawoud sir as a trainer we were encouraged to do stuff challenged practiced, his way if training was incredible and easy to grasp thank you sir
It is a noble cause and big responsibility. Course made enjoyable fun and professional. Excellent facilitators Akram and Hazem, both engaging all participants in a friendly way.
The training module was very comprehensive. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and had an engaging style for delivering the content. Must learn life skill and what better than First Aid 4U. I highly recommend registering yourself for the same.
Best in all aspects, Best price, Best Instructor, Clean Place to learn, and COVID-19 safety precautions are well in place for the comfort and safety of all applicants during training.
Cons of the course that could be improved are: Firstly, it was kind of boring at the introduction time frame as in start of the course to 2 hrs.in. Secondly, I would highly suggest to please please invest in some good comfortable chairs. At the end of the course I felt like someone stabbed me in the bottoms (we disguise our review to make them family friendly lol) Thirdly, the biggest con was its very hard to find the place if you havn't visited before. A sign outside the building or even a poster would be a huge help to all new applicants interested in taking the course.
But still the teaching method was top notch. I really enjoyed the course. Made some good friends and overall everything went amazing and smooth. Instructor deserves 10 stars!
I took the 2 day in class course. The room was very small and they crammed a lot of people in. There was no space to do the practical work. The instructor was nice but all over the place and did not have the tools she needed to do the job. There is a dollar store right beside it where they could have bought some white board markers that weren't dried out so we could have seen the writing. The tv where they showed the videos (and put the test!) is so small that no one could see it and we all had to walk up to it to see. I would not recommend this place.
This was such an amazing experience. The instructor was knowledgeable and provided an awesome training experience for me. Highly recommend this course.
Andy was a fantastic instructor, and did his best to make it interactive even with the covid restrictions. I was impressed with the covid disinfecting protocols. Learned a lot, great course.
This course was great. Our instructor, Scott, was very friendly and engaging. I really benefited from this course, and definitely recommend considering First Aid 4U if you are thinking of getting certified in First Aid and CPR!
Scott was fantastic as an instructor! He was thorough, engaging, and made the recertification enjoyable. The pandemic measures were also well planned and explained, and all participants were given their own space in which to work, while also able to work in designated pairs with adequate safety measures. Would recommend!
I had to renew my first aid training for remote working in Northern Ontario - this was my third time doing a first aid course in fact. I must say that this time around has been the most informative, enjoyable and ENGAGING.
You might be thinking " how could it have been the most engaging if COVID restrictions minimized the hands-on portions of the course? "; it's a great question, and the answer is because Scott is one of the most fantastic instructors I have ever had for a course of any kind. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the course material, and has a plethora of anecdotal experience, comparisons and contrasts of how first aid is taught across the world, and directed examples of how the course material pertains to you (he WILL write down your name and why you are attending, which I thought was brilliant). If you are reading this Scott, thank you again for the fantastic training and sharing all of your stories!
When it comes to First Aid 4U as a company, they delivered exactly as promised. A comprehensive course that has you leaving confident that you are ready to handle first aid situations, and which meet the international Red Cross Standard. I had no issue with the price because, as I stated, you can't put a price on high quality training and the confidence to handle a life-or-death situation. I can say with complete confidence that when it comes time to renew my first aid training, I will be coming back to First Aid 4U.
Very good experience. Liked the very hands on approach and the use of repetition; both allowed for better retention of this extensive material and more confidence in future ability to provide this service.
Just finished the First Aid/CPR Blended training. The instructor Scott made the course engaging and provided great strategies to help us remember what we need to do if we need to use these skills!
I completed the course with Scott as my instructor and it was blast especially with him being from London England? He made it fun relaxing and was always encouraging us. I even exchanged elbows after completing a skill. He knows his craft. Of all the recertifications I’ve done this was the best one of them of all. Job well done. See you in 3 years and cheers Scott: Glad we met.
The course was instructed by Scott who was exceptionally capable. Information was delivered with great pacing, task analysis, and humour. Skilled teaching ensures information will be remembered and Scott certainly achieved this. The attention to COVID protocols was excellent during this in-person class. Highly recommended.
Very friendly instructor. He did a great job of explaining things and making sure we understood everything before moving on. Very humorous as well which makes it a little less nerve wracking.
I’ve taken First Aid and CPR for quite a few years. Scott is the first instructor that I found that was engaging and enthusiastic with teaching. I feel like I had a better grasp and remembering the different techniques. He made sure each person did the correct technique. Great and safe experience. Would recommend Scott again! Also, would be nice to have a bigger TV as it’s difficult to see all the important information on the screen.
I enjoyed the course very much. Scott is a great instructor, very patient and went over all the material very thoroughly. I would highly recommend this course.
Course was great. Instructor was Awesome. Very informative. Fast paced kept everyone engaged. TV could be bigger so old guys like me and people with weak eyes could read the questions
THE BEST by far! The instructor was absolutely an AMAZING instructor! He has so much knowledge of this course and an awesome delivery style! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this course!
Maha was a really good instructor. She was thorough and conscientious to make sure we all understood. They worked hard to implement a course with new protocols to make the course safe.
I took the First Aid and CPR/AED course and Dawoud was the instructor. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and you could tell that he knew what he was talking about. He got the class to participate which really tests your knowledge and helps you remember things better. Gave a lot of scenarios that I wouldn't think about usually and let you think outside the box.
His teaching was very coherent and the progression made sense and was easy to follow along. The demonstrations were also very good and the equipment provided was pretty good. I would recommend this place to friends who need to be certified. Would definitely be a good idea to take notes on your phone or on paper, it's not necessary but you're paying for this information so you might as well learn it or know where to find it when you need it.
