Lana is absolutely amazing! She always does a phenomenal job and is really personable. I am always excited to get my hair cut by Lana! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to have their hair done!

I’ve been coming to Brisdale salon for almost 21 years. I’ve always had my haircuts from Lana who is excellent.

I had a fantastic experience at this salon! The staff was friendly, and the hairstylist gave me a stylish cut that I love. The atmosphere was inviting, and the prices were reasonable. I'll definitely be returning for my next hair appointment.

I have booked appt for kids haircut @11: 20.when we arrived they asked us to wait.around 11: 45 when we asked her how long it will take.she will be like I dnt knw how your alpt booked online. I have 2 appt for 11 am pending.so I cnt take you.she has no sense of apologizing customer rather making excuses about online booking error.she should not work in customer facing role as she has no sense of what she is doing.plz do not book appointments with Visha if you want your work needs to be done on time.

My son Matt who is now almost 22 has been having his hair cut by LANA at this location since he was 5 years old! He refuses to go anywhere else as Lana is his favourite stylist of all time and she cuts his hair exactly as he requests her to. She takes her time and makes him feel special and pampered. We make an appointment online now and we find it very convient. Thank you Lana for so many years of wonderful service! All the Best in 2023!

Over the past 10 years, I have been getting my hair cut at the First Choice located in the Fletcher’s Meadow Plaza in Brampton. Currently, I do not live in Brampton. However, it is worth the 45 minutes drive to visit an incredible hair stylist named Lana. Often, I work and speak to many leaders both in person and virtually at my work place and while I volunteer in my community. Lana helps me look incredible. When you look incredible, you feel incredible. When you feel incredible, you are ready to make a difference every day. Thank you Lana.

Very bad service, rude employee. Even during the back to school time no enough employees and they said there’s over booking what we shall to do it’s not our fault, so it’s also bad website.we are never go there again ever

I am a regular here at this location have been coming here for years Usually get my hair done by Visha she is excellent Love to get my hair cuts with her good service and consistent too. Unfortunately today i went i had to get hair color done and my usual stylist wasnt there got it done from Rena, i dont knw whts the problem with her, she dint dry my hair after color i told her twice my hair is still wet, but she didnt bother, had to leave salon with wet hair tied in a pony, not professional at all, i mean if u donot like to work pls don't.i would not recommend Rena as a stylist to anyone.

My baby’s first head shave and it was good. Plus, the first cut was free of charge. Loved the lady who did it. Recommend it

Raj did haircut for my son and she was so friendly and engaging with my son throughout out the session. It’s first time my son didn’t cried for his haircut.

I made an appointment for my son online for 12: 45 and we showed up at 12: 40. They took us in right away. My son told them how he wanted his haircut. They made sure to keep checking with him to make sure they were cutting his hair correctly. My son was very happy with his cut. The store was very clean and the staff were very nice.

I booked a haircut for my 4 year old boy, as soon she started the haircut, my boy moved a little and she stopped the haircut saying that if the child moves or cries we can't do this, So please don't take a kid there because if your kid will move, they will stop. I would have appreciated if she told me this at the time of booking an appointment and saved my time.

This is by far the best First Choice location in Brampton and I only go to this one. Other spots are awful and have inexperienced staff

Appointments and bookings have gone to another level in this industry. Here always double booking. It's so backwards. I booked an appointment for today at 4pm. I came 10 minutes earlier and waited outside and walked in at 4pm and I have been told there are 2 bookings for Lana at 4pm. What kind of business are you running here? So disappointed. I wish I can get Lana some where else. This is not the first time.

Prices have gone way up! Cut your hair short so you don't have to go back often. Staff was good.

Today i got the worst haircut of life from this
Place. That Afghani lady working here wasn’t even listening to what i was saying and ended up ruining my hairs and beard.

I use to go to first choice for my usual trim. However, today my regular hair cutter was not in and I got put with a women named Lana. She was very friendly and all i asked her was for her to cut my bangs and to cut my sides. I asked her to cut my bangs up to my eyebrows however she cut all my bangs off and made them so uneven while exposing my whole forehead! How unbelievable! She even used a razor and shaved my sides like I asked however, she did it so uneven and left me a bald spot! This is outrageous and I am so angry. It makes me so sad looking at my haircut and its going to take months for it all the grow back.

Lana and Rena are super friendly and knowledgeable! I go there all the time. Plus they have great specials in hair products.

It used to be good but since the management changed, there is no focus on experienced barbers, courtesy and hospitality. This is the second time I got my hair messed up in 2 months and never coming back here again. Give that the owner knows about the incompetence of his barbers, he will let his inexperienced barbers mess up your hair and won’t regret. Don’t try complaining to the owner as he wouldn’t care.
