I went in after work, thought I'd take a chance. Never been there, but it was recommended to me.

I've been trying to get a Shag look for so long now, and people tell you they can cut a Shag haircut, but they can't.

Went to April.very pleasant woman. She gave me some pointers on cutting my own bangs, and colouring my own hair. Showed her the style I wanted. SHE DID IT! I have the Shag cut I've been looking for.

I went in this past Sunday for a cut. I showed the lady what I wanted.short Bob falling just below my jawline. She cut it above tje jawline, it's uneven, amd it looks terrible. I've been going here for a long time, amd they've always done a great job. Now I'm considering never returning. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Prices here are going up a lot. I'm going to start going to my wife's stylist as it's the same price.

The lady who did my hair was very nice. She did a great job. I'll go back, if she is working. I didn't catch her name.

As always, the lady I got listened and responded as I spoke about what I wanted and helped make choices so I looked good. The other ladies were very supportive and made my choice of style feel better to me than before. 100/100. I will always go back.

If you are suppose to get a seniors discount and you are obviously a senior why do they charge full price must I ask for the discount?

Danika is awesome. She's laid back, friendly, and caring. She listens and works with you to get the ideal style. Always ask for her when I go there.

Show up as walk in. Took me in pretty fast. Had a little wait but the wait didn't feel long with 2 lovely ladies I spoke to outside waiting as well. Kristen did my hair. She was amazing. She talked me through my hair cut and made sure I understood what was going on. I would go back here anytime for a cut by Kristen. Thank you so much for my new hair do! I love it!

Make sure you're telling the staff *exactly* how you want it cut, otherwise they're probably going to mess it up. Every haircut I had here turned out great with no complaints, but I had to make sure they were doing what I wanted done.
Prices are okay, but you could get the same professionalism done by a friend or family member (If you're only getting a few inches off).
But hey, at least I get a free lollipop at the end.

I visited it during Christmas and so it was very crowded but still I was taken by them within 15 minutes of my arrival without prior appointment. Hence, the service is fast, with extra friendly staff and much economical place to get a good haircut. Highly recommended!

Been here many time and will continue to come back. The staff are always happy and talkative never a boring moment when I've been it. Cuts are consistently good no matter what person I've had cut my hair.

Was a terrible time there today. I asked for a short haircut and she barely cut it at all. When I asked her to cut it shorter she argued with me. I have had the same haircut for many many years and I know how I want it cut. Really not a happy customer today.

I had one of the worst haircuts of my life today at this location. I asked for razor 1 on the side with a fade into finger length on top. Keep in mind this style is relatively common. I have been getting this cut for years and have never had a problem until today.

The hair dresser decided to razor the hair that frames my face completely off at the side leaving my hairline non-existant and crooked. She didn't follow the hairline at all.

The fade is completely crooked from side to side.

Bangs were left extremely long and electric razor was used on top of my head, not finger length.

I asked for her to correct the completely uneven cut on the left side of the fade which she did such that when you look head on its OK but when you turn / look at the side it's a total botch job.

Left side is shorter and higher than the right side.

I won't be returning and can't be bothered with a service guarantee when the person cutting the hair can't cut it to begin with. I'll have someone else fix it and take my business elsewhere.

The Manager here (Melissa) is the best hair dresser I know of. She always gets it right. There have been times where I just needed a very quick trim and they didn't even charge me. Don't underestimate hairdressers at first choice, they actually know what they are doing.
