First Choice Haircutters

I got the cut I was hoping for. The stylist was very nice, we had a long conversation about the area as it was my first time in Collingwood. We got along very well. I will definitely return if I'm ever back in the area:).

Fast, easy and simple process. Accepted a last minute walk-in and my trim was exactly as expected

Drove from Wasaga Beach (25min) to get a haircut only to get here and see a little sign that says closed Wednesday's due to staffing problems. That’s fine but why not put that on tour website that it’s closed Wednesdays!

When I visited First Choice Haircutters, they were doing their best to clear the Covid backlog in an orderly and fair way, by online reservations. Kudos to them!

I went for a cut and colour and left with nothing because the hairdresser was so rude. She said I couldn't do what I wanted so instead of helping me figure out an alternative she just went and sat in the back room. She was curt, and cold. I just had to leave it was so bad.

Didn't even get a chance to use the business. Went in and tried to see if I could get my hair cut or book an appointment and all I got was some tall blonde chick giving me sass and repeating "Are you on the list? Are you on the list? " Until I finally said "what list? ". No list was shown or provided for me to even see if I was on. Probably some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.
BTW, last time I tried to get my haircut, last week, I was told they weren't doing appointments anymore and we could just show up and expect to be seen in a decent amount of time.

Wait time was short, staff were friendly, cutting areas all looked/smelled clean. Price was very reasonable. Went in for a simple summer buzz cut and was not disappointed.

Very nice girl that did my hair always like it here can even get my hair cut on Sundays if i want to
