The name itself says a lot - First Choice. The place is very well maintained and clean. The staff is very professional and very friendly. Customer satisfaction has been a priority as always. You tell them what type of hair style you want and you are always completely satisfied with the work done by the courteous staff. Satisfaction is provided for the money you spend.

Lady there had no idea what she was doing. Back of my son's hair at the bottom was slanted. No blending from the sides to the top. Better off if my mom took them nowhere and left their hair shaggy.

Went there for men haircut with fade and bread trim but So bad experience. They don’t know how to cut men’s hair then why do they have that in their services. So expensive but zero service. I can cut better than their so called hairstylists (TANUPREET)

Last choice haircutters for me.
Got a layer cut and they just left it wet. I don't think they know how to do a layer cut. Totally ruined my hairs. Came home, straightened them up and can clearly see the mess. No proper layers. Heartily disappointed.

I got hair Color and style from Param Pannu at Heart lake plaza. She is a thorough professional and takes her time when colouring your hair. She massaged my scalp during the hair wash. I really enjoyed my experience with her.

I went there for the first time and they did a very bad job on my haircut. I will definitely never go there again.

I went there for the first time for my eyebrows waxing and it was such a disgusting visit. The girl who did my waxing burned my skin and when she was doing waxing she put wax all over my eyes and eyelid as well. This is how they wax…? I really want to know. When I went there again to complaint ;the manager said she already talked to her owner and they can’t do anything with it and said it happen sometimes not a big deal. This is not my first time I am getting waxing. She was just ignoring me and she did nothing about my complaint as she was not bothered at all about what they did with their customers.
I suggest you never ever go there.
Such a horrible experience I wish I could give them zero star.
Btw if you you are wandering who were they it’s TANU (my so called stylist) and MARIANA (the manager) lol.

I booked an appointment for my 2 daughters on Monday for my daughters communion on Saturday. I got there at my appointment time to find out that there was only one person working there. And I basically missed my daughters communion because the other stylist didn't end up showing up. I will not be returning.

My hairdresser (insta fancy lol) had a family emergency and canceled! I was badly due for hair trim and was hesitant to go to First Choice or Great clips kinda salon for ladies haircut, I took my chances and WOW, these ladies are good! Mariana, trimmed my hair and if took literally 15 mins for my very long hair and I am happy with my cut! She was professional and nice. Highly recommend this salon ladies

Called them for appointment asked me to come and park and wait outside for 10 mins and they will call.needless to say that call never came.not impressed. Avoid this place.

The location at Hurontario and Wanless Rd gave an excellent haircut.

I got a haircut tonight around 8pm during their closing time. I got haircut from Mary and I was overwhelmed by her work. I went to them after reading the reviews, some reviews are too bad which from my opinion it could been a fact that if some people have faced a issue could be due rush hours but apart from that my haircut was amazing and pleasing. I felt the people here were very welcoming and customers are their primary attention.

There are some good barbers in the place but the old women are very cranky and sometimes rush their cuts.

Do not go there if they are really busy. They will be in a rush, hence they will give you the haircut and end up messing it up.

Been going there for years, never had an issue. They're all polite and friendly and have convenient hours.

When I need my Santa beard trimmed, I get Mary to take care of me. Good service, professional, friendly staff and reasonable prices.
