First Choice Haircutters

Me and my brother grew out our hair for many many months in order to have a nice haircut. Went here with the recommendation from my mother who got hers done by the owner. I, instead had a blonde woman cut my hair and completely ruin it. She even caused a small bald spot above my sideburn. I went back soon after and my hair was partially bettered by a woman with red hair. She showed deep sympathy and was shocked based on what she saw her colleague do. My brother was also charged for a fade which was not there. He had visible cut lines across the back of his head. If you go to this location, only get it done by the owner or the woman with short red hair. Do not let anyone else touch your hair unless you want to look horrible for a few months.

Took a 5 year old for a haircut and he said it was “the worst haircut he had ever had, that it must have been her first or second day at work”. It was very poorly done. One star for acting like they are listening, but when the talent is not there it just doesn’t work! Also observed three females getting their haircut while I was waiting and I felt bad for what they got. Not recommended!

Brought my son for a perm. It didn't take in the front, I returned 5 days later, first they tried to charge me again, then blamed us for it not following the 3 day rule, we did and it was just a section. MOST UPSETTING, when I returned I saw the pricing, with a short, medium and long option. THE MANAGER HAD CHARGED ME FOR LONG HAIR ON MY SON WHO'S HAIR WAS ABOVE HIS EARS. They redid his hair but 3 weeks later it's barely curled. I emailed corporate and they never replied. For this reason, while I've never given a bad review before, I I feel the need to warn customers.

Sandy did an amazing job on my hair. I recommend sandy to do all my friends and family -sam

Took my aunt here for a long needed haircut. Staff was very friendly and my aunt was very happy and loved the new cut

Marina did a very good with my perm and fade and she was very kind and there was very good service

TERRIBLE PLACE AND OWNER. NO ONE SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. I OVERHEARD HER SPEAKING TO AN EMPLOYEE USING ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. HER PRICES ARE TOO HIGH ANYWAY. I RECOMMEND OTHER FIRST CHOICE SALONS BUT PLEASE, IF YOU CARE ABOUT TREATING OTHERS WITH RESPECT, AVOID THIS PLACE! LEARN SOME RESPECT LADY BECAUSE YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. Dirty salon too!

Bushra is fantastic. I will not go to anyone else. She can cut curly hair like nobody else. She knows what she is doing and does it it class and kindness. I bring my daughter her too and my brother in law will only see her as well and we just love her. She is family now. I recently heard she is no longer working at the salon anymore so I am not sure what I am going to do. What a huge loss for the salon. If I was them I would have done anything and everything to keep her. I guess I have to find a new place to go now

It was my first time coming and got a haircut from Sandeep today, she did my haircut exactly how I wanted.

I came today and asked for a fade. The stylist did it for me and ruined my hair.she dosent know how to do fade.do not come here.her name is Sand p. First time and last time. I dont encourage anyone to go there.

I was a bit shy going to first choice. But I was impressed with the haircut I got. It became my regular part of my weekend to feel good and look great coming out of first choice!

Thank God I found Ashely my favourite hair stylist. She's very close to everyone and now she is working in great clips. I recommend everyone to go to her because she is an amazing hair stylist. The great clips in the Walmart plaza.

Got my eyebrows and hair styled by Sandeep and was very pleased with the result. She was attentive and she seemed like she genuinely cared to ensure her clients are satisfied.

I came in and wasn't too sure what colour I wanted to dye my hair. Staff was very patient and helpful and helped me choose a colour. The outcome was amazing and I look forward to coming here again!

Since ashley isn’t working here no more there is no point of coming because she’s an amazing hair stylist!

This is only the location I like to go for hair cuts. All the staff is Awesome. First choice on major make & Weston in vaughan. Very good Costmer service on this location The they welcome Costomer with smile and respect. Wow you wouldn’t forget that. So please go there for hair cut and see the difference.

I came saturday and i asked for ashley shes my favourite stylist and they said shes on vacation and sandeep did my hair and she was awful she couldnt do it as good as ashley i dont recommend this place especially this stylist she will ruin your hair.
