First Choice Haircutters

Come here all the time. Fedra is amazing! Always listening to just what I want, and couldn't be nicer. Me and the whole family use her and couldn't be happier.

Be aware that this location charges more for a haircut then other locations. Go to Rutherford and Dufferin and a haircut is $5.00 cheaper. They are ripping people off.

I don’t like writing negative reviews but I had terrible a experience here. Very poor service. I don’t recommend this branch, from my personal experience.
I asked to keep my hair long & she cuts it short. She (lady who cut my hair) begins to try to convince me that it’s better like that. Shorter.

I don’t recommend this location for a haircut. Get a better trained staff.
I paid just to be nice,
otherwise I would have just walked out.

Had a great experience with Ana. Very patient and gentle. She did a great job on my cut, colour and highlights. I'm very pleased.

Terrible experience. Was charged 30$ for a very rushed haircut. Could have gotten a better cut at home. Will not be returning and don’t recommend this place to anyone!

I received a great haircut from Fedra. They provided an excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere and also patient with my child. They were gentle, listened to my child and cut his hair the way he wanted. The location is very clean and welcoming since took over by new owner and staff. I had a pleasent experience and will be back soon.

Despite some bad reviews, I tried them out, the store was not busy and I received the service that I expected. I'll go there again.

Terrible experience with my two girls. Both girls have uneven haircuts. This was a simple haircut and it’s not even straight. One of my girls just asked for a trim and she cut almost 6 inches of hair! She was so upset! They put no effort in cutting their hair and were rude when I asked questions. No customer services.

Me and my sons go to this place for several years, Maggie is the best, she’s the reason we keep coming back, if she leaves elsewhere - we go with her. Caution, she’s off on Wednesdays.

Plz boys dont go there.they dont know how to cut hairs they just know how to mess it.
Customer service is also not good.

Not professional stuff. The lady was brushing my daughters hair and she hurt her so much that she was crying. Unbelievable

Haircut was what I wanted but will not be going back. Combs and brushes look like they have never been cleaned. Comb disinfectant jars are either empty or quarter full. I don't think they know what they are used for. Place needs to be inspected.

She didn't really listen to me on what I wanted. Was nice enough but seemed very timid to cut my hair as short as I wanted it
