Just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Lucy. I initially got to meet her when I took my daughter in for her haircut in August. She was amazing with her. Considering it was my little one's second haircut, she walked her through the whole process in a calm, fun way. In terms of my haircut today, it was great to not be criticized of how thin or flat my hair is. One thing I am always nervous about but it was great to experience otherwise today. Lucy has cut my hair multiple times in the past year, and every time she does an amazing job. She listens carefully to what I want and always gives me good suggestions. Plus she's very friendly and a great conversationalist! I really recommend this hair salon.

I called and ask to make a appointment, the woman that answered the phone said first come first serve, so i took my 12 year daughter I ask to have her hair washed, cut laird and straighten, the hairdresser said no I have more customers, I’ll wash and cut, when she was done she didn’t even dry her hair, I was disappointed in the service I got. I paid over 40 dollars.

Azina is amazing. She does wonders with colours with my hair. She has been for over 3 years. She has turned my hair blue, red, yellow, green - always a blast.

Ouida did an amazing job on my sons haircut. She was kind, talked to him to keep him engaged and the haircut was nothing but perfection. Definitely would recommend everyone to come here.

Rehana at the morningside and Milner location absolutely changed my life. I had long wavy hair with no shape at all so I asked for layers while keeping the length and that’s exactly what she did! It did turn out a bit shorter than what I was expecting but that’s only because I agreed to take off the damaged part as per her advice. She was so friendly and took her time to explain every cut she was making to assure me she wasn’t cutting off too much at any time. Since my hair only tends to curl nicely at the ends, the layered cut that was given to me by Rehana accentuated my natural hair texture and now I barely have to style it and it just sits perfectly. Having said all that, don’t expect to be able get a very layered cut if you come in with already short hair because they need long hair to work with, and be prepared to lose a bit of length if you do have long hair (it is a haircut after all). I will definitely be asking for Rehana every time I get a haircut, but make sure to call beforehand because she only works part time. Best part is I got all that for the standard cut price (~25$)

Best place ever to go to. They do take appts these days but sometimes they're just too busy. The girls are friendly and know how to cut all hair types.

Your turn is pushed back if their friends enter at any time. First I was told 30 minutes to wait, one more lady came, I was reminded 45 minutes, then two more ladies came, I was pushed back to 1 hour. Simple answer, they had appointment. I won’t go there anymore.

Went in again today, saw Bibi, took my mom today as well, Bibi had so much patience with her it was such a pleasant visit. She is great!

To very nice lady, who cut my hair: Thank You! Very professional cut. But the other lady please get yourself together and stop interrupting and interfering with your colege and asking for some random stuff that is literally in front of you. I felt the least not comfortable sitting with wet and cold hair waiting for my stylist to get back to my cut several times just because you are lazy to look for it yourself. And lady, who cut my hair, please learn to say NO! This situation is chasing customers away!

They don’t value your time and will take walk in customer first even if you have an online appointment booked

I got my hair cut by Ouida, at the Milner location in Scarborough. She is a wonderful hairdresser. My hair always grows back nice and long. She always understands the look I want and does it the same. This time I got long layers, some face framing layers with curtain bangs. She is a 10/10 hairstylist.
