Firstly, this FCH location is AMAZING! Yes, many aren't, but it's the person that makes the experience, not the brand name. Sitha is my go too, and has been for a year now. She's super attentive, friendly, is very aware of the goings on and will jump in where needed to assist other staff and clients, and she gives a mean mens haircut! Azar and Anna are two other staff at this location that shine, they're super friendly, amazing at what they do and always make my visit that much more enjoyable with their fun and bubbly personalities. I will say, the prices have increased heavily for what's supposed to be a family affordable salon and feel bad for those who count on an affordable service. If you're looking for a clean, fun and respectable service, this is the FCH to attend but specifically for Sitha, Azar and Anna. You three are the dream team at this location!

I cannot say enough good things about Sitha. I usually hate getting my hair cut but Sitha has changed that! She is incredibly talented; she listens to what you’re looking for, gives solid advice/guidance/tips, pays attention to detail, cares about her clients and does a phenomenal job. She is the only person I will trust to cut my hair!
However, I have had my hair washed and styled by (I think) every stylist at this location. They are all friendly and do a fantastic job!

Sitha is AMAZING at what she does, 5-star service every visit! She gives an awesome fade, has huge attention to detail, is super nice and is very passionate! This location is very clean, all the staff are super friendly and the prices are still affordable.

Amazing cut by Sitha! Highly recommend. This is one of those places where your experience is dependant on the stylist. I've had some less than desirable trims here, but Sitha was great!

If you are on a low budget and want a haircut that will last for 6 months then ask for Azar.
The first time I went to her it was a bit too short but only took about 3 weeks to look right. It was an excellent cut for 3 months.
I went back to her a second time and very strongly emphasized I only wanted a trim, "just cut a bit, an inch, I said, I don't mind coming more often, you'll make more money. " She totally did not listen and cut it shorter than the first time! This time it took almost 2 months for it to grow into the haircut I originally wanted. It's now been 4 months and I need a reshaping but I'm sure as heck not going back there.
