First Choice Haircutters

Had the worst haircut of my life and the barber did not have control of the cut they were doing, will not be coming back

I had Dolce cut my hair for the second consecutive time. Before covid I would always go to Kitchener where I had a lady who had cut it for 30yrs. I tried several different place overtime but Dolce seems to be the only one who actually listens to what I want for my haircut. I will continue to go there as long as Dolce works there. Awesome job.

Worst experience today! Got a haircut for my 2 year old son, and the hair stylist by accident cut my son on his ear. When I noticed, she denied and said my son's ear was dry and she did nothing. She brought her coworker Draga to vouch for her even though she was not even near during the cut. Draga started telling me not to come to this location and that they are wonderful with children and the child should not be moving. That's definitely not the answer I was expecting. A child will move here and there. If they are not experienced with cutting children's hair, and have no patience with children, they should not be working for first choice haircutters! I was in disbelief to their reaction to my (a mother's) concern for my child being hurt during a haircut. Worst worst customer service and etiquette at this location. The hair stylists always seem to be in a rush to go on their break and I believe that is exactly what happened today with my son's haircut. She was in a rush and made an error. Please don't take your kids here!

Needed a pick me up haircut and walked in and met Draga. All I can say is WOW, found my new hairdresser

It’s the third time I’m going to this location. I found them all friendly and professional. Jenny is amazing and I am very happy with all services that I asked her to do for me.and Purvi is so good too. They are very helpful and highly recommended

Pouri coloured my hair and it turned out amazing! She was very nice and listened to the hairstyle I wanted. I 10/10 definitely recommend her!
