Marion was absolutely amazing from hello to wishing me an amazingday. I love this woman! If you do go make sure you ask for Marion.all the stylists are great but my hair belongs to Marion!

Went in to get my 11 year old a haircut. Admittedly it was an odd cut. He knew that, we discussed before going to get it done, and he was positive that was what he wanted.

First issue - I have no problem taking suggestions from hairdressers, that's part of the job, but one of the two stylists present stated she would refuse to cut it the way he wanted, even with me there saying it was fine. Whatever, the other stylist was willing to give it a go.

Second issue - In all fairness she did a good job on the cut, but afterwards commented that "it doesn't look as bad as she thought it would. " Multiple times. To my 11 year old. Complete lack of professionalism and even basic courtesy. Save your rude comments for after we leave.

Afterwards my kid said that while he likes his new hairstyle, he didn't enjoy the experience and thought the stylists were very judgemental.

Marion did an amazing job you could tell she has experience because I have currently hair which is difficult to cut but it turned out amazing plz great customer service!

I love my stylist, Marion! She recently gave me a cut, style and color job and let me tell you that this is the best my hair has been looked in a long time! I've gotten so many compliments, I cannot wait till my next appointment! If you get a chance, call and get an appointment with Marion, not only does she do a great job with styling your hair, but she has such a great personality too!

Christa De Matos is amazing when it comes time to cutting my sons hair! He is autistic and has sensory issues with his head and hair, and Christa is always so patient and gentle with him and she always gets an amazing cut done, and my son likes her too, won’t let anyone else cut his hair! Looking forward to our next hair cut!

I bring my husband to the Paris location and Joyce is his stylist. He always looks forward to his appointment every time. Joyce is always professional and knows exactly how he likes to have his hair cut. Joyce has been cutting his hair for a number of years, and she has seen him go through changes in his health resulting in him being in LTC now. She always greets both of us with a smile and friendly hello. She is so very good and kind to him which makes his visit enjoyable for him. He only wants Joyce to cut his hair so I will never take him anywhere else. Thank you Joyce!

Staff was not very friendly and kids cuts are now $20. The quality is not worth the price.
