I got my haircut done by Sama and I loved it! She was great and super friendly, I am definitely going back there.

I'm absolutely mortified. Came in with a simple request of wispy bangs, long layers and minimal hair thinning to reduce how heavy it was at the bottom. Left with bangs that are shaped like the ever-changing stock market, and my hair is so terribly thinned it looks like I have hair loss or some other hair problem.

I've never been so disappointed. Choose a different place, this is not it. When I got home, I had to fix the bangs myself and will wear a hat for the summer until it grows out.

Very disappointed. Came in in advance of a big event, and left with hacked hair with a good at least inch difference between the two sides. I wear glasses, so wasn't able to see the difference until getting into the car - imagine my shock! Even cut lines were not straight at the back, as was told when I got home, and there are at least two inches difference in some place. Will have to get this fixed, now, and have much shorter hair than I wanted. Unsure what Iwona was doing.
