I got my haircut here this afternoon. They got in me the same day I tried to book within an hr. I was helped by Nour. She was an absolute delight the duration of my visit. I was promptly and professionally greeted upon my arrival. Was seen with minimal wait time.
When finished she made sure It was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this salon

To the owner of first choice hair salon on Lundys lane I am responding to your response Terrible management skills from the manager I took the time to make an appointment for my 90 mothers perm only to go to the establishment which was busy that we all know they are. That was the whole purpose of making the appointment because my 90-year-old mother has only so much stamina she can withstand and a perm is already a long enough procedure.after we waited for 20 minutes and saw other customers being called ahead of my mother I asked how come my mom was not taken and it’s way past her appointment time they told me that it’s first come first serve when I asked what was the purpose of taking an appointment time if your salon is a first come, first serve, I was approached from the manager telling me that even though you make an appointment, it’s still first come first serve when I asked her. Why wasn’t I told that when I made the appointment the day before I proceeded to ask her what is the purpose of an appointment if it’s not honored, she rudely told me that that is first choice procedures I am a former, first choice, hairstylist employee, and I know that that’s not the protocol appointments are made for perms and colors, and they are honoured give or take a few minutes. I was so upset with her demeanour I called another first choice to see if that is the new protocol she told me that’ appointments are are made for perms and colors, and they are honoured I walked out of your establishment and rebook the appointment at that establishment. Terrible management skills never visit that first choice establishment Lundys lane again.

Don't like my haircut, way way too short. Not coming to the Lundys lane location again. The hairdresser took forever to do my hair to. 15 minute cut turned into a 45 minute cut. WAY FAR TOO LONG and the guy spun me around (360 degrees) in my chair like he's showing ny haircut to the world, found that extremely weird and awkward

Very curtious and friendly helpful outgoing pleasant atmosphere i definitely will recommend this place for a great affordable haircut or style

Nour is the best! She does my sons hair and today we came in with a crazy idea and she did it! I’m so happy with his hair! Nour is so sweet and kind and always makes our experience so amazing!

I was charged $28 for my 2 year old daughters hair cut and all she got was bangs cut and a little trim. I could have done the cut myself. Wasn't impressed with the price. I think $15-$18 is more reasonable for a child that young. Won't be going back.

My son has autism I called ahead made an appointment. When I got there it was debit only and the girl who did my son's hair told me she would use her card if I gave her the cash she did
She also took my son to the back where it was less noise and did a awesome job with my son he loves his hair. She told him what she was doing every step of the way and he loves it

Went There to get a trim & i Am DISGUSTED with the Hair Chop that I got on the left side of My head, A HUGE Chunk CUT Out of My Lovely Long Hair. I will NEVER go Back Here, & there's NO Redemption, ONLY NOW, I Have No Choice But to go somewhere else to have my hair cut shorter & EVEN. TERRIBLE, Do Not Let Nour/Noura, Touch Ur hair. & I tipped her $10!: (I only Seen iT when I got home. Own Up To what you Did!

Lulu is such a sweetheart. I told her my son gets major meltdowns and it gets impossible to cut his hair once he starts crying. She told us not to worry and I was so surprised my Son left the salon with a BIG smile. She is amazing with kids. Will def recommend.

After paying $330 I’m left to walk out, with wet hair that is puffy it’s terrible I am not happy at all I told her I was not happy not to blow dry it unless she was gonna straighten that she refused to do that told me that be another $45. Neru was my nightmare
