First Choice Haircutters

I would like to commend Pratima for a very nice experience when I popped in yesterday for a haircut. I am a senior and was overdue for a trim, but she remembered me from my previous visit where she gave me lowlights and a haircut. She was very friendly but not overbearing, and I left looking very different from the way I had walked in. I was very pleased with the result and my wonderful experience. Thank you Pratima!

Very unhappy with my haircut. The stylist cut it very differently from the photo I showed her. She cut extremely short layers which will take at least a year to grow back to the length I want them to be. The layers are now too short for me to put into a ponytail, which is very frustrating given that I cannot wear clips or headbands due to headaches. The company sent me a small gift card and the stylist tried to make the haircut slightly better, but I'm sorry to say these things will not make up for the damage they caused. Here is my hair compared with the photo I showed the woman.

She didn’t tell me her name.girl with the pink hair. I needed a haircut at 35 years old I have never received such terrible service. It’s uneven.took her 5 mins when I was expecting AT LEAST half an hour. Hack job for sure. My name won’t be in your system so you don’t have to reply with that response. Trying to warn others. Thank God my hair grows fast. I’ll still to the 60+$ hair cuts.cheap is definitely what you pay for. Lesson learned. Tried saving money about to be a single mom and she made me feel LESS than good about myself.

I just got my hair done this morning at First Choice by Tasha. First off. Amazing person to do your hair. Very friendly and outgoing. Tasha did a fantastic job on my hair! She gave me exactly the look, color and style I was looking for and more.

I couldn't have asked for anything better if I tried.

I went to get a fix done from a different salon who had cut my hair, but I wasn't happy. One of the ladies helped me achieve the look I was going for, I wasn't even sure what I wanted for sure, but she helped me figure it out. Needless to say I was much happier leaving than when I walked in. I got a couple compliments this morning at work about my hair! Thanks to Tasha for helping me achieve my perfect hair!

Pratima served me… what a shameful experience for me that happened
On Tuesday, April 18 at 11am
I was there along with my dad at this place to get the hair cut as my dad is on wheel chair. As I came inside Pratima was not happy to see my dad on wheel as she said she has to bend down and cut the hair …which is very difficult for her … she kept arguing and was reluctant to take my dad as a customer …
It was such an unpleasant experience as she was keep arguing how can we do this and that it’s hard so on and so forth
This is the worst experience I ever had with first choice …me and my family and friends will never go back to first choice ever …
I require a written apology from the manger I am also planning to reach out to local news paper about the incident this is so races
You must accommodate every person and try to deal them my with respect …
First choice what a shame to have hired this kind of attendant either she is not trained or she has no family values and she has never been taught about dignity and respect for disabled person

Took my son for a haircut today. Maria cut it for him. Did a fabulous job. We are very pleased with the service.

I really like how Maria did my hair cut, she was very pleasant with all her clients. I would definitely recommend this location.

Pratima is always so kind to my 2 boys, 9 and 11, and gives them a cut just the way they want it! She is personable, kind and makes my boys look handsome! We come back again and again!

Never to return. I'd rather put a piece of tupperware on my head and cut around the edge.

Why can’t I post a photo to show this hack job?

I have written to the email which you have provided. I have been back to your salon 3 times so far trying to get some restitution. If you give customers the runaround, you can expect an honest review. I am not in your records? Your record keeping is not my problem. I resent the implication that I am lying. I should have been given a refund immediately. You seem to be willing to lose any good reputation that you may have for the sake of $30.
