We were seen right away for our appointments. The staff was kind and did a very good job with the haircuts. My son was very happy with his. We will keep going back.

I recently had a haircut with the Hair Stylist - Mitul, and I must say, I absolutely love it! After a long time, I finally got the cut that I've been wanting and in the way I described and imagined. Mitul's expertise and attention to detail made the experience fantastic for me. I'm genuinely pleased with the outcome.

Had been bouncing from place to place for past few months in Sarnia, and I’m making First choice as my main spot for haircut and its only because of Mr. DEEP and friendly staff. Deep is one of the best barber I ever met. If you want a perfect Fade, dont forget to book appointment with Deep.

My hair dresser was great. For never being there before. She was great. I will return for other appointments when needed.

Terri is an excellent stylist! She takes her time and doesn’t get “sizer happy”. She is very fussy and meticulous. I have very fine difficult hair and she does an excellent job every time. Her strength I would say, she is able to cut and style your hair according to the shape of your face and take into account your hair texture giving an overalls balanced hair style.

Nicole is always friendly, professional and does and amazing job on my hair. This is why I keep coming back to First Choice Haircutters in Sarnia from Grand Bend.

For long hair, it is not a wise choice. They destroy your hair. They had been asked to shampoo, cut, and style my hair. I currently have access to shampoo and a haircut, but I was assured that if they have time, they will also style my hair. I did, however, have hair that was long until my waist and was purposefully trimmed to my elbow. Even worse, there are no layers in the haircut. My hair was done by a girl who claimed to have professionally blow-dried every section because styling time was limited. She only fully dried the front bangs, leaving the back hair damp (trust me, I brush my hair at the very end so I could go out with untangled hair).
I thought that my first choice would no longer ever be my last choice at this point. Additionally, they offer no customer service. They don't pay attention to what the clients want and a woman with having eyelashes extensions done gave weird face extensions.
Everything is simply shampooed and cut in a rush that lasts just 20 minutes (no customer line- up there was just me and a man) (A hour and 5 mint still left to close salon I don’t understand the reason of rush with hair).
Additionally, I had an engagement to attend, so I had to tie my hair, ruining the style. My friend told me that my lower hair looked awfully odd. I'm at a loss for words when it comes to my poor choice to have my first haircut at the first place I considered.

This salon charged me $60 for a simple hair cut. The stylist's name on the receipt was Victoria or another name starting with a "V". The salon apparently offers three different haircut packages, and despite informing them that I only wanted a basic haircut, they gave me the "luxury" package.

1. My hair is straight and long, making it easy to cut and maintain, so I told the stylist that I just want to cut my hair 3 inches shorter. She went ahead to wash, cut, and blow-dry my hair. That's it. There was no stylish, style-dry or anything else. If I had known this basic service would cost $60, I would have asked her to even skip the blow-dry, as I had plans to go to the swimming pool right after the haircut.

2. To make matters worse, the haircut she provided was so blunt and lacking in layers that it looked like something I could have easily done myself with a pair of scissors. When I tie my hair in a ponytail, the straight cut makes it look like a joke.

Given the price I paid, I could have easily gone to a high-end salon in Sarnia for a much better experience. Will never go back to this place again.

(Update on July. 30th) : I emailed the details of my visit time and visit-related information 10 days ago, but I haven't received any response from the so-called customer service yet.

A place only for old men! Ladies there have no sense of style at all. My hair stylist was Donna and she messed up my hair badly today. Never going there again!

The person cutting my hair is very terrible at cutting hair they should be fired and you should close the store forever

Terrible service won’t ever be going back. There’s much better places that care about your haircut. At least at this location.

My 2 year old son got a haircut from Florence. She was absolutely wonderful! My son didn't want to sit still. She had so much patience and even offer him her ring to play with as a distraction. I'll definitely be taking my son back to her!

I was there yesterday and got my hair cut I was not happy with the cut at all I asked for layer and did not get them and my bangs were cut to short I will not be back

The ladies at first choice haircutters on London road was the most amazing group of ladies I have ever met!
The young lady " DONNA" that I dealt with today she did the most phenomenal haircut I have ever had!
I am very pleased with their haircut I received I am so very much a satisfied customer that I will be RETURNING!
