My husband goes there every time she does a great job and nice to talk to Miss towel and I go to her too she is very good polite nice nice nice to talk to you she's the best one I've ever had

Very bad place to go employee very rude and doesn't care about client. I have a special need for my hair they want to charge extra money to clean it and also charge extra to do straight hair with not hear dryer and charging 60$ so I left the place.very bad place I don't recommend for anyone

I had a great experience. I walked in and asked if they could do a colour got taken in right away. My colour turned out beautiful and had the best blow out in years. Anna did an absolute wonderful job will definitely go back.

Last haircut I got 3 months ago was lopsided after drying, but I gave them another shot today out of location convenience. Unfortunately, several things went poorly. My hair was 4 inches long on top, I asked for 1 inch off and they buzzed my head down to one inch. They clipped the top instead of cutting. Then, they said I was done, so I asked to look at the back and they huffed as they'd forgotten to clean up the back. Finally, I recognize prices are higher now on everything, but this is supposed to be an affordable place. Even if it was a good haircut, I'm annoyed to pay $40.

$38 for a 10 minute kids buzz cut? Not impressed. Customer service was pretty good though.

I dont care who you are.but as a male, requesting only a trim back and sides. 36: 50 + tax +tip is ridiculous when I can go to an actual barber for $20+tip.the woman I assume owns the place was sitting, on her phone when I arrived.obviously.lower your prices, bring in volume of sales.but judging by her physique, getting up on her feet is probably not her favorite activity.prices outrageously high=>>>No customers. If i go into a barber shop during Business hours and its empty.there's usually a good reason.so I left without wasting my money and walking away with a headfull of regrets

Took my son (8) to get a haircut. I asked for a wash and a trim to get the hair out of his eyes. She gave him straight across bangs and a short Bob. The stylist even said it looked like a girl cut. My son wanted to keep some shaggy length but didn’t get to after she fixed her mistakes. Never again.

I asked for long at the bottom and short at top, MY HAIR IS UNEVEN! It was her idea to cut one side and i thought i was common knowledge if you do to one side you do it to the other! And there was long hair where it was supposed to be short! If i could i would sue i look so ugly and it’s their fault
