Took my daughter for a haircut, she asked for shoulder length with a few layers. The layers the young man cut, look like a huge shelf across the back of her head. It's going to take forever to grow out the terrible cut, if we don't cut an extra 2-3" off to get rid of the "layers". Quick service but awful results. Will not go back.

Seema always knows exactly what I need. I asked for a makeover and described what I was looking for and she worked her magic! Left her chair all smiles and happiness! Never disappointed! My hair turned out better than imagined! Thank you Seema!

I've been to many first choice locations but I get consistency from this location. The hair dressers listen and always produce a great cut.

My only concern and this is for the owner, I've been there close to closing a few times and there is always only one stylist in the store. That area is not very safe and it's not a good idea to only have one person there. The reason I don't always go to that location is because of the activity that happens around it so it's very odd to have only one female closing. Unless the owner is in the back but if not please look out for your staff.

I got full highlights done by Tara. The way she transformed my black hair into something wow! She is incredibly special and talented. She took her time, put so much care and effort into her work. The high end places aren’t worth it. It’s the person that makes the difference.

Seema is an amazing hairstylist. I always get the colour, wash, cut and style I want with great, friendly, efficient service.

I don't normally rate first choice haircutters because it's usually hit or miss as it's cheaper than most salons, however I had the best experience today. From wash to haircut it felt more like an experience at a higher end salon than first choice. Samina was the best and will be the reason i return.

When I got to FCH, I was welcomed by Samina and Tara. They were both very friendly. The place was very clean. Samina did a wonderful style for my daughter. The conversation with both Samina and Tara was very pleasant. I had a great time while I waited. I will definitely go back to this location. My daughter absolutely loved her new look! Great experience all around!

They have very friendly staff, but they have overpriced themselves out of being an economical hair cutting salon. I probably won't go back.
