Ruba cut my hair today, she did a great job. I just wanted a simple buzz cut and she agreed, offering to add a fade that fit my minimalist look. Feeling great with the results.

Sabreena will make you feel so comfortable. She truly cares. I love trying new looks with her because she takes her time and is so dedicated.

Quick, friendly service, Sabrina was knowledgeable in getting my hair cut done well and was easy going. Appointment was honoured and very easy to book. My “go to” place.

I went for a wash and style, was done in 40 minutes and charged more than double the price listed ($54.00). The wash took seconds, barely clean, little conditioner which made my hair difficult to comb out. I was told there was an extra $20 charge to straighten it (which I consider styling). My hair is shoulder length.

Worst cutting. They dont know how to cut, match the hair cutting. Even dont know to use trimmer. Finish cutting just in 5 minutes. No cleaning after finish the cutting.

Came in this morning and the lone lady took me in even though she mentioned she had an apointment in 15 min and she was the only one there. I only needed a trim and didn't make an apointment myself. She was incredibly sweet and professional and made me feel comfortable. She also did an outstanding job. I wish I asked for her name but I didn't want to keep the next gentleman waiting. The only regret I have is that I accidently only tipped her only 10 cents instead of 10$. Sorry about that

For those very particular about their hair, I'd say go elsewhere. Had my hair cut and had to cut it myself when I got home because it was uneven. I asked for layers and got basically one length. I havent been here since I was a kid, and now I know why. Worst blow dry, hair was still wet and and frizzy and paid more than I do elsewhere. I'm generously giving 3 stars because my daughter's turned out alright for a basic cut. Not coming back.

Staff and the lady was super nice. Nothing negative to say at all but the company should provide more trainning the staff on cutting hair.

Service has failed. I booked an appointment and they didn't even know about it! Amateur cutting my hair and I had to tell them how to do it, then they asked for another's help. No thanks! Bye First Choice.

The lady who was assigned to cut my son’s hair was so rude to my wife. If you can’t cut hair decently, atleast be nice to customers. The haircut that we are getting from you is not for free. My wife took my son for kids haircut on Feb 06th for 5: 30pm appointment and left disappointed with the behaviour. She still left with a good amount of tip but i was like, she was rude to you in the first place, why would you even allow that still top it off with a tip?
