Had a great experience had my hair done actually the way I asked styled and so soft had a great conversation with the stylist Ashely she was very friendly funny and very professional very clean and felt very comfortable I would highly recommend

I just left from having my hair done by Esmé.
She was so lovely and knowledgeable and I honestly feel incredible. I went in with the expectation of just a basic cut, but it feels and looks beautiful. I normally have it thinned with those specific thinning scissors, but she recommended thinning it down by doing layers instead and love it! Thank you Esmé, I really needed this:)

I had walked in today at about 12, I wanted a really really cool hair cut, I walked out about 40 mins later with the BEST hair cut I could've asked for, I can't remember my stylists name but she was awesome. Overall needed a bit friendlier customer service on all stylists but that's okay, they were most likely focused on their client! I will definitely be back!

Went for a hair cut showed the hair stylist what I wanted done and it turned out terrible never going back again ruined my hair

Usually, I can get in the same day. Hairdressers are all friendly and experienced. Clean and not too pricey.

I was there this evening for a haircut, waited twenty minutes while an employee sat in the back room, I then left, this has happened a few time. One stylist on duty, not how to run a business.

The place is clean and bright, and all the hair dressers do a great job. I have been going back there for over 6 months now.

I’m one of those procrastinators who puts off haircuts as long as possible. Mostly because I just hate sitting in the chair for such a long time haha.

First choice takes care of those worries with efficient and friendly service. My cut is pretty basic so they never take too long and always a delightful chat during the process.

I have been here a few times and left happy with the haircuts. However, their customer service has never been the most welcoming. This morning was the icing on the cake: I had made an appointment but even with an appointment I have no problem with waiting awhile. However, after sitting there for 20 minutes, I had still not been acknowledged. All the staff have to do is say “it will be a half hour wait” and I would be fine with that. I was the only person waiting, people walking through the door were taken before me and I remained completely ignored. Thank you First Choice for the $35 I just saved. I came home and cut my own hair just as was done throughout the pandemic lock downs. I can not return to such an unwelcoming place.
