First Choice Haircutters

Just got my hair done this weekend, it was a fast process the stylist really knows what she's doing. The cut the color and the price so worth it.

They got me a great trim and fixed up my hair for my buddy's wedding way better than I could myself.

When I left my neck was as red as a coke can. No powder or after shave was applied to help with the redness or the itch.

Monica gave me a great cut today! She's fantastic, so fun to talk to and did exactly what I wanted with my hair. She also did my eyebrows and paid attention to all the things I asked for in both the cut and the brows. 5/5 will return

Obviously 0 STARS. Got the WORST Haircut. UNEVEN HAIR. Asked to do a skin fade. Unprofessional and did a whole another haircut. Didn't even line the back or the sides up.not a skin fade. Kept telling them to do things right. Gave me a bald spot on the front. Gave me less money back and charged me more I KNOW THAT WITCH CHARGED ME MORE. 5 DOLLARS MORE THAN WHAT THEY SAID Oh yeah the lady's name was MARIA, a total witch. Worst haircut ever. NEVER GOING BACK. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great experience. Staff was friendly with my son and made him feel comfortable. Booking an appointment was easy. I will definitely come back

I’m all for getting professional advice when it’s not my area of expertise. However when a root colour is chosen and applied to almost my entire full head and then you “pretend” that it was the best choice, you better believe I won’t be returning nor will
I suggest your location to anyone! Unprofessional staff and
not accommodating when a client clearly feels unsatisfied. I was at the very least expecting to be asked if I would like to come back for highlights or some
sort of correction
but no! Here’s my $90
and let
me
walk out that door very unhappy.
I would’ve given you a 2nd chance if you operated on a professional

This is my last time at First Choice, there is a lady call Pat or Pam, she is good but very arrogant. I got an appointment a day before, and when I arrived she told me my haircut was not important, she made me wait over 1 hour, very rude never respecting my time and attending more without appointment first than me. This id not the first time than people there are so rude and impolite. I feel very disappointed.

If I could give 0 starts I would. BEWARE - DO NOT BRING YOURE CHILDREN HERE. Absolutely HORRIBLE with kids. Comments like “why is he so emotional” “hurry up it’s busy” “your 5 you should be better at this”. HES FIVE, Have some patience. Not only was she rude and condescending to myself and my 5 year old, his hair looks atrocious. Jagged edges all around and no where near what I asked for. Will definitely be the first and LAST time I go anywhere near this place. Don’t know how someone can be so miserable and horrid while dealing with a child. My son even said “this is the worst haircutter I’ve ever had” and I AGREE!

Loved the service. Booked same day appointment and was able to come in for my daughter’s haircut. She felt safe and love her cut afterwards.
