When in for a quick hair cut was great. Girl did what I wanted. I was out of there within 20 minutes

My niece went here to get her hair cut and they said she had headlice. She did not have it and got her hair cut elsewhere. Never go here.

I thought trimming 2 inches off a long bob would be easy for a stylist. She cut as if it was her first day on the job. She didn't blend the ends at all. Just chopped it off. There are a couple of longer tufts sticking out from underneath here and there. Not worth the $27. I won't go back

New to the area and having grown out my hair to get a layered Bob, I ducked into this convenient location. OMG.the hairdresser didn't listen to a word I said. She didn't seem to understand English and just started chopping. I had to nearly wrestle with her to stop! I asked to have the one other hairdresser take over when she was done with her client. She agreed. She couldn't fix it and started a new cutting process. What a disaster. Utterly incompetent staff. Stay away if you value your dignity. Wow.

Terrible cut by the most disinterested "stylist" I have ever had. Should have left it long!
Will not be back.

Refused to cut my hair because I have “hair tinsel” also known as “fairy hair”. Hair tinsel can be taken out, it’s not permanent but it is time consuming to take out and put back. Most salons offer hair tinsel these days. How embarrassing of First Choice!

Tried to book an appointment to get my hair cut before work. I get there and they told me it's a booking and there is people a head. Well what's the point of having a booking on your website if you can't even get in at that serten time. Masive thumbs down
