Needed a quick trim and they came through. Was a beautiful day so I had to wait 1 1/2 hrs but I got my groceries done and came back. Great service

If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm a stylist who had to correct a very bad colouring job from here. What is worse then the actual outcome was that they blamed the end result on the clients inability to withstand the pain she was in from the 2 scalp bleaches and 3 toners. They gave her a metal tailcomb to itch when she was in tears and red in the face from the pain. This as professionals, we know, is a chemical burn happening. Her bleach was rinsed but not shampooed out because shampooing is an "upcharge". A licensed stylist should know bleach will remain active until it has been shampooed out of the hair. She went home with dry crusted bleach on her scalp and her shirt ruined.
5 hours later, they then charged her for the amount of work the stylist needed to do to correct her own mistakes and told her it was not their fault she didn't like it. All she wanted done was to have her partial head of highlights touched up. Don't worry I was able to fix it.

If you’re getting a cut and colour book an appointment with Scott. He is truly a Master Stylist! This was my first colour with him and he worked magic. Thank you Scott!

Find a different place. 30$ for a horrible haircut.and all they do is whine about last minute customers.go to.a small shop.get a awesome haircut.these young girls.dont care at all.

I like getting my hair cut here, It is great being able to get my hair cut spur of the moment by a good stylist. Most of the people working there have been doing this job for years, they know what they are doing.

My Husband was in for a hair cut today and for the entire haircut the hair dresser would not stop spewing anti-trans rhetoric. It was unwelcomed and completely inappropriate and to be honest very harmful for the LGBTQ2+ community. This should be addressed by management as this is currently not a safe space for anybody who is queer. Nobody should be subjected to hateful speech or the dissemination of inaccurate anti-trans propaganda.

Also, the haircut wasn't great.
