First Choice Haircutters

Not sure why you can check-in online many hours in advance, only to be told, once you arrive at your scheduled time, that you'll have to wait an hour. It still seems as though they're taking everyone 'first come, first served. ' That might not be too egregious on its own, but the woman working was rude (to me, as well as other customers) and clearly hates her job. There's a reason my kids call it Third Choice.
