Brought my mom there last weekend. The stylist was pleasant to talk with. She she polite and professional. And she did a good job with the cut. An overall great experience

Michaela is such a wonderful hair stylist and genuinely a nice person. She will keep you engaged in a conversation and in no time the hair cut would be done. Her hair cut is the best! Although this place is a bit pricey, I absolutely don't mind paying a few extra dollars. Keep up the good work Michaela!

Was a decent place at one time with good prices and staff. As of these days not so much. I won't be taking my services here any longer as they are cashless, with subpar haircuts for to much money, and snobby stuck up staff. (not all of them are I will add)

I haven't brought my own hair services to you guys In just under a year because you guys RUINED my hair and still trying to grow out what you guys messed up on.
I have brought my kids and husband there and they both were not impressed. So I will continue going else where and I'll be bringing my husband and 4 kids else where also. I don't take you "challenge " and bring my hard earned money to your place of business!

Too expensive. Not very good haircuts. With these prices I might as well just go to a barber.
The only draw to first choice was that they were cheap, but now they don't even have that. Will take my business elsewhere

The staff is terrible when it comes to serving seniors. And their attitudes stink. Cashless now? The future of going cashless starts now! That means the government is going to start tracking how our money is spent. Will never recommend this place!

I got my daughter’s haircut here on Saturday. I went back today to have it fixed because after brushing it out I noticed a piece wasn’t cut (although the whole back was uneven). The hairdresser tried to tell me that this was just the way my daughter‘s hair was. We won’t be going back

It's a hit or miss when you come here. You may get a great stylist, but chances are they won't be there the next time you go. Turnover seems to be very high.

My dad got his hair cut there this morning and we ended up having to go to another place to fix it. He had hair halfway down his back and the lady just put it in a ponytail and then cut it off in two different lengths - she then showed him the back with a mirror and it was so choppy and terrible. Do not recommend!

Sidenote - yes I realize he can return within 7 days, but after that hackjob he will definitely not be returning.

Obviously he's not going to come back, you guys literally just cut off his ponytail and did nothing else showed him the back using a mirror and then that was that. And to boot you charged him $30 to cut off a ponytail. He already went and had it fixed, elsewhere as after the first experience why would he want to return to have it fixed by a place that obviously didn't do it properly in the first place

I just got my hair cut by the manager of Ontario rd Kristina, and she did such a great job listening to exactly what I wanted. It turned out amazing! I will definitely be going bacm to her.

The lady worked very well with my toddler who is very squirmy and doesnt keep still.i was very happy with his hair cut

I took my mom to this place on Dec 30th for color and haircut. The color is ok.but the haircut was horrible. Not recommend

I went there for a hair cut, very simple and I’ve been there multiple times. I went there today and had gotten my hair butchered. Don’t go there.

Had a cut way too short in August 2020 (but I forgive her efforts, I wanted a blunt above shoulder bob but it ended up chin length) and then asked for a blunt cut by another stylist last week and she couldn't even do that.
My hair was uneven underneath but there is no blunt cut on the top layer and it's uneven in the front. My hair looks even more chopped and uneven. Not blunt cut.

I had an appointment scheduled to get my 2 year old sons hair cut. They wouldn't cut his hair unless he had a mask on (hes 2 he wouldn't sit still nevermind where a mask) hence why I asked for someone patient with kids. They then suggested I hold the mask over his mouth and nose while also trying to keep him still so they can cut his hair. I walked out. I would never forcibly hold anything on my 2 year old sons face. They aren't good with kids at all anymore.

If you're looking for great braid work and outstanding customer service, then definitely go see Alicia at first choice on ontario road. She has been my go to girl for some time now and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Today, after three months of my hair growing so thick. I was very thankful to find a date to finally have my hair-cut. I had Alicia today, and let me tell you. What a wonderful and welcoming stylist. I felt so comfortable, stepping outside of my comfort zone and to be honest. I wish my hair was long again, just to have my hair cut again by Alicia.

They sanitized everything, everyone was wearing masks and keeping the front door secure. I honestly felt so safe. I highly recommend visiting, calling and booking an appointment here.

The actual haircut I wanted turned out fine - it was simple. My only qualm with my visit was with the hairdresser and her horrid people skills. She looked at my head and said, ‘Oh, you just have really bad dandruff - I thought you had lice at first, ’ and made a repulsive face. ‘We’ve had a lot of that in here lately. ’ Cool, good to know, but nope, it’s just my really bad dandruff.

I now understand why people pay more money to have their hair cut - they might actually feel good about themselves when they leave.

Okay so shout out to Alicia, for the MULTIPLE haircuts and customer service that were absolutely fantastic each and every time. Talk about a great price as well. I can’t believe it! I highly recommend Alicia with her talented skills on making each haircut worth your while!

Waited 20 minutes for a hair cut then someone who came in after me was taken before me I will be looking for a different place to cut my hair.
I typically tip for my service will not be today

My issue with this business is the cost. Extremely out of line. Way too pricey. Go elsewhere ladies. Price does not justify end results. It's not good. Sorry. I'm not one to complain. $99.00 starting price for highlights which does not include cut and style. Nope I don't think so. There not qualified or gifted in their craft

Got the worst hair cut of my life about a yr ago, they REFUSED to do anything about It, it was a new girl that had to keep asking the other stylist how to cut my hair! It was horrible, I got up & walked out 3/4 of the way thru, I had to go to another salon to get it fixed.complained to head office & absolutely NOTHING was done, no apologies, no offer to find out the story from the salon. NOTHING! So unprofessional.
Never go to one on Ontario rd.you get what you pay for!

Nice place to get a haircut prices are okay cannot Chase like pretty cheap but good reasonable nice friendly staff Community location parking is good and timings are also good so if you're looking to get a haircut nice place to visit nice friendly staff

In and out in under 20 minutes. Sunhee was friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. Very happy.

Well kept and clean but it took forever to be awknowled. I arrived and waited 20 minutes as the employee on duty was on a personal call. When she was done, I thought she would check the front but she didnt. I said hello but nobody answered so I checked in online where I waited some more. I have no problems with people needing to make calls or even having to wait but I am concerned about the fact that literally anyone could have stolen some Chi irons or hair products without being noticed.

Had my eyebrows done here today. I was greeted very pleasantly and there was no wait at all.

I had my baby with me and the staff was keeping her attention while I was having the waxing done.

Was very impressed with the quality of the work as well as the great attitude of the staff there.

Reasonably priced as well! Would highly recommend!

Got a cut here for the first time in a while. The place seems to be cleaned up or something and the staff seems to have turned over and have a different attitude than the last time last year. I had a new style suggested and I was very happy with the job - looks great, fast service and friendly stylist.

I had a new stylist this time and very happy with the haircut.she was quick and knew exactly what works for me.

I'd give less then 1 star if I could! The staff here treat seniors very poorly. They dont care about anything but clocking out and going home.
