First Choice Haircutters

I haven’t used this salon before, and to be honest I was a little hesitant. The stylist Amanda put my mind at ease. She did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair. She was really professional and actually listened to me.

Not a huge fan, I’ve been here a few times and haven’t gotten a solid haircut yet! First choice, Great Clips, and Sport Clips live by the motto of getting cuts done FAST - meaning that you’re in and out in 15 minutes, usually with a subpar cut.

Donna S at 360 Bayfield deserves more than 5 stars. She is efficient, works quickly, is very knowledgeable about products and styles. When she shampoos your hair you also receive a head massage. Always keeps the appointment time I selected - never have to wait.

I want to recommend Amy at 360 Bayfield. Not only is she an excellent haircutter with many years of experience, she is very personable and makes you feel totally at home. I will come back to this location because of Amy and I will want her to do my hair again.

If I could give a zero star I would. I think her name was Amy that cut my hair. I asked for a trim and to have my neck shaved. I had my neck shaved before so there was a line I wanted her to follow. She said my line was not straight and that she would fix it.my neck was shaved half way between my ears which is probably an inch further than I ever wanted her to go. She also made the line uneven and cut an extra chunk out which is about as high as my ear is. Then all she did was complain how uneven my hair was and cut way to much off. I wanted my hair 2 inches from my shoulder and my hair is pretty much should length. Not happy and will not be back.

They only seem to do men's hair. The woman who cut mine just did the quickest and most basic cut. Asked for layers, hair not even touched. I guess if you're a man it's ok, but I will never go here again. Want the money and a tip but couldn't care less about doing a good job. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Unsatisfied customer

I attended approximately 7 weeks ago to have my haircut. I called ahead,
& discovered that my regular hairdresser was no longer there. Upon arrival everything was as it should be, but hardly anyone on the premises.
I asked for my hair to be cut, & thinned, & also told the hairdresser that
a #6 should be used for the back. The result wasn't too bad, but just
a few days later, I noticed the sides of my hair looked choppy, & what should have been thinned didn't look as though it was thinned.
I'm in need of another cut, but will not return to this establishment. I have another place in mind & will attend there.

Brutal cut as you can see. Finally after more than 2 yrs it is long and lovely again like the day I walked in there.

The hair dresser did a fantastic job. Cut it very nicely, got great compliments. Would recommend it highly. I just walked in without any issues.

I was just greeted by the rudest person ever, I can’t believe it. Never again. Keep your attitude to your self lady. I just wanted to get my 3 year old a hair cut!

Haven't gone out since the pandemic started so I was really in need of a professional haircut. Just met Amy and she did a beautiful job, will definitely request her next time.

This is the only place I go to have my hair cut & coloured. Yes, I do have a favourite stylist & choose her ALL the time. SHANNON. She's friendly, professional, & gets the job done. There was just one time I wasn't happy with the colour, which led me to call & state this fact. I was asked to return, & things would be rectified.without charge. Once this was done, I was very happy with the result. Mistakes can be made by anyone.
I don't think to go elsewhere.

Went in for a relitively easy haircut, the service was incredibly fast. I gave creative freedom for my haircut and am pleased to say this is the best haircut ive had in years

Heavily overcharge people for there services. I went in to bleach my hair blonde, they told me $97.99. I then called magicuts literally down the same street, they told me $49.99. I don't recommend this location.

Most horrible service! My husband went there for hair cut at 360 Bayfield St location, the lady working with short staff, two staff members only, another girl was more worried about her break than customer, three customers just left because no one serve them and the lady working on my husband's hair was in rush to take next customer and did cut his hair in 5 minutes, he can not see his self in mirror, she ruined his very imp meeting today, never ever go there if you care about your hair

Usually this location is awesome, but. I had Lisa this week and could not have been more devastated by this massacre of my hair. First I got clipped on my ear, ok that can happen, no blood. She didn't do what I asked and when I told her that's not what I wanted she "fixed" it. She showed me in the mirror and I thought, that's ok. Until I got home and realized she just positioned my hair so I couldn't see the mess she left of the hair underneath. It is so chopped, short and uneven. I will go to another location today to see if it can be fixed or if I wear a hat for the next six weeks. Sadly disappointed.

I showed the lady how I wanted my haircut and she cut it way too short and it doesn't even look like the picture that I showed her.

Staff is always friendly. The hours are nice for those who work during the day, who need a quick cut in the evenings.
