1. Investors and landlords - Steer away as Ali Chams (owner of this firm) is dishonest, overcharges, cheater. Don't get into his trap by the monthly management fee as he will get that money out from other means by tricking both you and the tenants. Service provided by Ali Chams is very cheap and questionable as many of the issues are self-created by him to earn bucks. In the end, you might have to involve your lawyer to get him into the right line.

2. Tenants - I would suggest not opting for properties which are being dealt by this firm. You will be badly stressed dealing with Ali Cham's unprofessional service and in the end feeling harassed by the unnecessary charges.

Stay away from this company. They give you the worst services ever. The 5 star ratings are all fake. They are unprofessional and unresponsive. Once they get their money they will disappear. They take weeks to return your calls. We hired them as property managers for our place and everything was literally destroyed. They did not take any care of the place. They are not property managers, they are "property destroyers".

I know the company owner, and he is running a scam. He sends maintenance over to units when requested multiple times to scam money from the home owners. I've talked to several of his clients who have told me the same thing.
I wontbr using this company again.
