Outstanding service! I was a walk-in from the neighbourhood with an item that needed shipping to the states. I was treated with the utmost kindness and patience by Noah who took the time to help find the appropriate carrier, service and packaging. His email followup was professional and timely. I couldn't be happier with this place. Albert and his team provided first class service from beginning to even post-delivery. I believe the total weight of my shipment was 150 lbs. When I first walked into this business center, Albert made me feel 100% comfortable that I had made the right decision. He made sure that everything was packaged securely and professionally. The customer service you receive at First Class Business Centers is second to no other. I would go back there for any of my shipping needs, without hesitation. This was a stress-free and highly efficient experience.

Very professional, courteous and understanding staff. Had an issue with shipping that was wholly fixed by the helpful staff at this location. Couldn't have gone better! I was there when “Ed” was there…. The owner was not “ hostile” and actually tried to help him. He rudely interrupted me when I was being served.

On a Purolator drop off, the clerk started to get hostile, by first blasting Health Canada and the terrible job they are doing. I'm not interested in his opinions on Health Canada etc. I just need info regarding next steps. Package was not left with them and I called Purolator directly to get my shipment processed. That's all he needed to say to me or ask me to do rather than ranting about other entities' failures.

Friendly, quick and efficient service. Had to courier documents overseas, and Yannich went above and beyond by helping compare prices so I could make an informed decision. 10/10!

Very friendly service. Clean storefront. The wait outside (2 customer maximum indoors) seemed long, but it was a warm, sunny day.so not a big deal.

Really great place to send packages! Very friendly and extremely helpful. I genuinely felt like they cared about my package and they gave me all my options and were super clear and direct. Will be using them exclusively in the future for all my shipping needs!

I asked for some help to fill in the waybill as it was my first time doing this.
The man at the desk was absolutely unhelpful, he did not want to help me saying that paurlator does not allow to help and he told me that it is the law.very unkind, it would only have taken him 1 minute of his time and there were nobody waiting in the store to be Served. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a “Human kind” attention.

Shipped a couple FedEx packages here. The 2 guys working here were super friendly and helpful; they gladly spent time ensuring the packages were shipped in the most efficient way possible. Will 100% be returning here anytime I need a package shipped.

Had a package left at this location by puralator, and had 5 days to come get it.come within the 5 days and the package was sent back to the sender already. People who work here are disrespectful, and have no consideration for people packages. They seem very lazy and could care less about the packages.
They did not even try to let me know my package was there until it was already too late. I do not recommend doing business here.

Had my Purolator package delivered here. With the business hours this place has it's next to useless.
It's open only from 9am to 6pm, right when most people who missed their delivery because they were working are still busy working. What's even worse is that this place is open for only a few hours on Saturdays, and completely closed on Sundays, and it would hold your package for only 5 business days. Essentially, this means that if you're working like me, your only option is to pick up your package on Saturday, or have it returned to sender.

This place is great. They are very friendly, professional and prompt. Very happy with their services and I would definitely recommend them!

I have been dealing with this place for years and they always go above and beyond. Their prices are competitive and are very pleasant to deal with.
