Francesca and Robert were absolutely outstanding to work with. After realizing we had purchased glue down instead of click biyork cashmere flooring they promptly remedied the situation. Got us everything we needed and more to make the exchange and experience super seamless within hours. Their care for their customers is exceptional and their awareness of how timely things can be with our installer waiting to install it. I can’t thank you both enough, amazing customer service. Just an all around exceptional experience. We will be using first class flooring in the future for all or any of our flooring needs. First class service! Thank you:)

Very poor customer service to say the least. Someone came to my house to look at water damage in the basement to my hardwood over two months ago. He took samples I had to see if they could match. Six weeks later I visited the showroom to find out that they lost my contact info so I provided again and three weeks later still no call. I retrieved my samples and I would hate to see if all customers are treated this poorly. Looks like I will get my whole 3000 sq foot house redone now but will definitely be looking for someone else to provide.

Visited the store today to look at engineered hardwood. The store showroom had an extensive selection and we were greeted by two very friendly staff. They were informative and detailed and I praise their customer service skills. I would recommend this store to any friends and family looking for a pleasant experience.
