First Cycleworks

First Cycleworks is a bicycle store that carries a variety of cycling products, for all types of cycling. The owner, Marty, and his staff, are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a great level of expertise present from the Mechanic's end. Great store. The new website has been updated, and includes a price list for bicycle repairs, as well as much more.

If your looking for that one shop that has everything you need, and can quickly get everything you need at very competitive prices, then you need to check them out. They got the good stuff! Service and staff are incredible. It's hard to find a good local shop that still takes care of the BMX community. I got one complaint and it is that I never found them sooner. It's been a pleasure dealing with them, and will be back many more times!

The best bike shop in the galaxy. Friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service. Fair and honest prices. They have a huge selection of bicycles, and everything you need for your bicycle. No job is too big, or too small. They make every customer experience an awesome one.

I lived down the street from the shop for quite some time and they've kept me rolling for about a year now. They just got my 4 year old rolling on his "First" bmx (pun intended) a brand new Cult Juvinille! Not only did they get the bike in on time for his birthday but also had stock of 18" camo tires for my daughter. (not something I've ever seen at a local shop)

Any time I am looking for an upgrade or need something fixed that I can't find a tool for First will always be my go to. Even after moving to St Thomas.

From the minute we walked in the door till we finally got our bikes a couple months later (manufacturing & shipping) the experience at this store has been top notch. They also have a great selection on everything you would ever need.

The owners are trustworthy and reliable. They will make sure to get you on a bike that you actually want and is for you instead of trying to sell you whatever they have in stock. They know what they are talking about. Sizing, specs, and setting you up on the bike, they help you with it all.

Will continue to use this place for all biking needs. 100% recommend getting your next bike here or using them for repairs.

We bought our Norco fs a1s from Marty and he definitely went above and beyond what most bikes shops give you for customer service. We highly recommend taking your bike here for repairs or purchasing your bike from first cycle works

Unreal customer service. Looked for a bike last year for my autistic daughter and Marty set me up with an awesome sun seeker. Went back this year and told Dan exactly what I was looking for and he hooked me up with a Norco Storm 4. Insane knowledge and super friendly. No pressure and laid back, local vibe. I’d recommend to anyone.

Just had a bike repair for the first time here, unbelievable really! It was a simple fix but he took me right on the spot and clearly was an expert, new everything about the bike and was quicker then I could believe. Tried to pay him more but he refused, great place.

Martin and his wife along with all there staff are the best. Its not easy running a company and Martin has been doing it for decades. THE BEST.
