I had the worst experience, working with Clover and first data. Terrible service terrible rates they don’t do anything they promised absolutely garbage of systems. I don’t recommend any business to process transactions through this company. Spare yourself the headaches go somewhere else

It doesn’t even worth half star. I called to cancel my service on June, and the customer service asked me to return the machine to an incorrect address. And I was told 2 days ago by my broker that I was supposed own that machine after a 5-year leasing contract, I didn’t need to return the machine. Then I checked my bank account and found out they are still charging me $80 every month. I tried to call them today Nov 10th, and was transfered to a voice message saying no one can answer the phone because of some holidays? What kind of holiday it is today? Fraud Day? Is anyone know where can we report this company? CRA?

Stay a way! They lock u in a long term lease/rent contract! They asked me 1800$ after paying 1 year fees and they useless insurance fees! Scam! Scam!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They made a mistake and withdrew a large sum from our bank account and still have not resolved the matter many months later. Please Do Not use this company. Customer service will make you hold for hours, say they will return phone calls and emails but fail to do so. They don't even have a department for you to start a complaint to try and resolve an issue. Terrible experience and a huge waste of my time.

Worst, Worst, Worst, they stealing our money, I'm using since one year and just realize this, I'm calling them to ask why they are charging us but no answer

Worst customer service, very expansive, all kind of charges pop up once you sign up. Their sales people will lie to you about charges and force you to sign contracts. No transparency

One month they deducted $ 700, I must have spent 20 hours calling and talking to different department, to know why this was deducted. Nobody could provide any explanation. They keep passing the buck from one department to another department.

I will never recommend any body to sign up with this company, even this is last processing on the earth. The way they work, I feel they do not need customers anymore and they hav made enough money and they can get away with anything. Everyone in the organization cover up another guy's mistakes or frauds.

I seriously think, some of the guys are working for this company have link with scammers and they are helping them to cheat businesses.

I complained to so many departments, for whole month on daily basis, then I ended up cancelling services and gave up on my $ 700.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this company handled the end of our contract. Despite the contract ending, they continued to take money from our account for equipment rental even after returning the equipments. When we reached out to them multiple times to request a reimbursement, we were met with nothing but excuses and empty promises. We have been waiting for over 6 months and still have not received any reimbursement from them.

In short, I would advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this company. Their lack of ethics and failure to communicate effectively are unacceptable.

I wish I read this BEFORE! Scam fraudulent company out of the US holding funds on merchants in Canada, ANYONE IN CANADA DO NOT go with this company as a processor CLOVER! First DATA, make sure you know who you’re dealing with. The RISK department has been holding my money for over two weeks! Over $30 K. Do not go with this company do not sign with any broker here in Ontario. Make sure they’re not processing with this first data! They have no regard for anybody they do not reply to emails they ask for bank statements and still don’t provide you with any answers or MONEY! STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY! I’m leaving a review for everyone in the situation they put me in. REACHING OUT TO EVERYONE INVOLVED. Sincerely a small business in Ontario

Never go with this company. Service is very bad, no answer, no sent the contract, not easy to return the device. Never and never go with them.

I have been doing business for many years. This company is definitely one of the worst. We had a contract for 5 years with them. In the second year, the device had an issue with the payment, I contacted technical support many times to fix it, but all failed. I requested someone to come and fix it or exchange it for a new device. They rejected me. They cannot fix the issue and don't want to help. I had no choice, and had to choose another merchant provider. Since I was on the five year contract, they kept charging me for another 3 plus years. Don't get into their so-called low rate traps. Horrible company, Terrible Service.

Fist data is the Worst company in the market, terrible customer service, no honesty, lies, promise low cost transactions by their reps but increase it on the contract, did cancel my contract a week after signing, don't trust them they are a group of scammers.

My lease ended this month, and no one reach out to let me know, not even a letter or email.good thing I called and check.no wonder they have a 1 star rating.

Awful experience.last week Nov 17 my company processed a visa payment. The visa was approved and receipt was printed. 8 days later the funds have not appeared in my company's bank account. My sales rep Frank Mancuso after speaking with him and explaining the issue promised me a call back. He has never has never returned a call.it has now been 3 days. I have not encountered such disrespect and lack of professionalism. I am in Toronto. Customer service is great at providing stress that is all. I am a business owner and would be ashamed to be associated with this company. I now have to get lawyers involved. Shameful the way they treat their merchants.

In my many years of business, i have never dealt with such an unprofessional company, with untrained staff. They held my funds, and would not allow to release it, which then they closed my account without my consent, without my informing me, and with no contact ever.
DONT EVER GO WITH THIS MERCHANT PROVIDER

Worst service, they checked my credit score 4 times within one week without informing me, which badly affected my score.

This company is 100 percent Fraud! Where are our law enforcement agents? They should be charged!

If I could give them zero I would. I have 2 interact machine with this company and I have to call to customer service every week sometimes 2 times a week. Today I was on the line for more than 1 hours and call disconnected and no one called me back while the first thing they ask for in the beginning is a call back number! And still my problem has not solved! I called back to talk with a manager and they try to not connect me to that person! I’m still on the line.do not waste your time and money with this company.

If I can give a zero star. Highly recommend that you avoid leasing your equipment, as you’ll get locked into a noncancelable contract, which will cost you many times more than what the equipment is worth over the life of the lease

Fraudulent company.

Charged our customer twice. Been arguing with them to fix the issue. Charged use for both charges. Now 4 weeks later they pulled over $13,000.00 from our account. And says it will take 7 business days to correct there mistake!

This company is a scam, customer service just pushes it on the the next person and no one actually fixes the issue.

Worst company ever STAY AWAY they will do whatever it takes to lurr you in and when you cancel your contract with them they charge you all sorts of fees that we’re never mentioned when the contract was signed. STAY AWAY!

TERRIBLE COMPANY - it took me 6 calls between June 4th, 2021 and July 7th, 2021 to cancel my service. EVERY representative spoke to me with a condescending attitude and wasted my time, that is IF the call didn't have some sort of technical problem in their end. They never called me back when they had this problem either. During this month, they kept charging me random fees, despite the unit not being active and are now telling me they can't reverse funds because the account is closed! Not to mention the $500 CAD cancellation fee. ARE YOU KIDDING? Go with Integra Payments out of Montreal, they'll cover the cancellation fee and have INCREDIBLE customer service

This is the worst company, they are Highway Robbers, along with MONEX Canada they took over $1,400 from my account after my restaurant account was closed. Beware of a Salesman Emad Tadrus with MONEX. He is a lair.

It so stupid company we are leasing the 2 payment machine and when we call the company I want cancel the lease and we are going to settlement the lease and they told me you are pay $5000 and you can cancel the lease.and my advice to everyone one don’t by any product the first data.

Called to return equipment and was given wrong return address. No one there knows what the correct address is. Absolute nightmare to deal with!

The worst company ever, their sales guy told me there is no hidden fee or any other canceling fees and yet, they still charge for canceling fees and the service is so bad. Spend your money with someone else better. The accounting guy is say that I should look more carefully on contract, which is right, never trust their sales guy (who told me there is no hidden fees or any canceling fees) cancel fee is fk $2000. Good luck on your rob business! AVOID AT ALL COST!

This is one of the worst company that I've witnessed in my life.
I sincerely request every one to please share this and stay away from them as they just want to run the show with out ethics and moral values.
I had their services some time ago and i gave up with them because of their dirty terms.

Stay away from this company, very dishonest business.
Recently changed business name and ownership and called them to update information on current terminal and send their rep and got me to sign contract again which he assured was a ownership change but few days later they delivered another machine.called first data to return one and now they want $1,100.00 for old machine and $1,100 for new machine which i never asked for. Too bad so sad i returned both machines and blocked their payment. SEE YOU IN COURT SOON
