Dr. Patel is professional and knowledgeable. Been going here for a few years now and no plans to change.

Dr. Patel and his staff are always wonderful and welcoming. My family started coming here a few years ago and I highly recommend to other families.

Everyone is really welcoming and creates an environment where you're comfortable! You can ask any question or concerns you have abt your teeth to Dr. Patel and the dental hygienists.

The entire First Impressions team, led by Dr. Patel, is a dream come true. Kind, educated, understanding, and gentle. My fear of visiting the dentist has gone completely. Dr. Patel listens carefully to your worries, explains how he will solve them, and never forgets to follow up. It is very admirable how genuinely concerned he is for his patients' comfort throughout the procedure. First Impressions Dental has my highest recommendation. I appreciate it very much. The besttttt!

Great office, amazing staff and flexible hours.
I highly recommend this dental office, very clean and bright. The hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth she was gentle and thorough and Dr. Patel answer all my concerns. Jessica was very friendly and billed me out in a timely manner and rescheduled my next appointment for the future.

I cant give more than 5 stars? I could not recommend a better dentist. Dr Patel is the most compassionate and understanding Dentist out there. I had to move to Quebec recently but I would be willing to drive the 900km for a cleaning, kid you not. P. S.the staff is also amazing! Keep up the awesome work.

I love first impressions dental. I have been going there for 6 years now. My children actually love going to the dentis. Dr Patel is an amazing dentist, he has taking great care of my families oral health he goes above and beyond for his patients and really goes out of his way to make you feel like family. Best dentist in my opinion. If your looking for a trustworthy dentist I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Patel goes out of his way to make the experience as comfortable as possible. He consistently checks in during the procedure to ensure there's no major discomfort that can be avoided. The monitor with cp24 and Netflix access is a nice touch. Highly recommend him for people who dread going to the dentist.

My first impression, WOW! When you go inside, you'll see the office is very clean and modern; very professional!

The service there is exceptional! It's the attention to details that sets First Impressions Dental apart. They'll take the time to really examine your teeth and gums to make sure everything is ok. They did a check on things that I never ever heard of from my last dentist!
You can tell the staff there are very passionate about what they do.

When I got my final bill, I was blown away on how much cheaper it was compared to my last dentist! I got more services for less money. Now that's value for your money! I definitely recommend!

Let me start off this review by saying I HATE going to the dentist, always have, probably always will, HOWEVER - Dr. Patel makes the entire experience as pleasant as humanly possible with his great attention to detail as he describes to you every step he is taking to care for your oral health and is also incredibly compassionate as he checks in on how you’re doing throughout the visit. Plus he has a TV setup above the exam chair so you can watch Netflix while he works on your teeth which makes the visit fly by!

I had some issues with teeth sensitivity before I joined Dr. Patel’s practice a few months ago and he has gone WAY past the extra mile to accommodate me in getting to the root of the problem (no pun intended hehe).

In short, Dr. Patel & the First Impressions Dental team is the first dentist’s office that I have enjoyed going to (and that is saying a lot coming from someone who hates going to the dentist). If you haven’t already, PICK HIM AS YOUR DENTIST! You won’t regret it!

Dr Patel is the best dentist my family has been to yet. I have four kids and they all look forward to their dentist visit because Dr Patel and his staff are friendly, gentle and patient. Very impressed with this dental office. The staff is very nice and accommodating, they have flexible hours which makes it easy to find a time to go in. Dr. Patel is the best dentist I have been to. He's very nice, he makes you feel comfortable. He walks me through everything he does and always checks to make sure I'm doing okay. I first went to First Impressions Dental based off a recommendation from a friend. I'm delighted to say, I wasn't disappointed. I have very sensitive gums and I dread going to the dentist. But Dr. Patel and his team of professionals made sure they took care of that. I barely felt anything during the cleaning.

I live in Mississauga and it takes me a while to travel to First Impressions. But I wouldn't go anywhere else. That, by itself, says a lot.

Dr. Patel, the receptionists, and the whole first impression dental team was nothing but very kind and SUPER nice. They all made the experience so great from the second I walked in the door. Besides all the kindness they were all very knowledgeable and professional. The office is extremely clean with new state of the art equipment. I will definitely be going back, but will also be highly recommending Dr. Patel to friends and family.

Me and my two kids are very thankful to first impression dental. Form my first phone call to book the appointment when they opened five years ago, we are always treated with a smile and hearty hello like they want to see us have healthy teeth. Both kids have had four and five teeth each pulled out for their braces and Urjit has done a great job managing their expectations. I have had a lot of crown work done and I find them very reasonable since I don’t have insurance coverage. Their facility is very clean and have invested in latest equipment. They are all about the patient. I would highly recommend this office to ANYONE.
