FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

If I could give a zero star rating I would. The Richmond Hill team lead by Alexandra Cayley is highly unprofessional and I would recommend asking TD Insurance for another vendor for your repairs. First Onsite had to revise their estimates on 4 separate occasions, kept me waiting for 6 months, only to then send the wrong trades person and add further delays.

Could not get a person to discuss my roof damage with at my Insurance Co.after severe storm. Persistence on my part got me to Alexa at FIRST ONSITE. They responded the same day and patched the area of my roof to avoid possible rain damage. Alexa was first on sight and had roof patched the same day.

This company was amazing to work with! We had a tree come down on our garage in the most recent storm, and they quickly came to assess the damage and sent a tree removal crew to us within days. The crew not only removed the tree, but went above and beyond by cutting and stacking the wood for us instead of just leaving it on the ground (which is what the insurance company had instructed them to do). They were both timely and professional in ever manner. Great experience.

Had a flood in our newly renovated kitchen that was only 5 months old. Jeff helps us with all the deals to get it repaired.

I’m very happy with the finished project. The entire crew at First OnSite kept me informed of the process from start to finish and the finished project was outstanding. The crew went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my loft was completed and it looks great. Would highly recommend.

The various levels of staff (from project manager to plumber to construction manager/repair to cleaning staff) were very curious, professional and they made you feel important. Work was done when promised and very efficiently. House was left in pristine condition, as if nothing had changed. I would highly recommend First Onsite to anyone requiring restorative work or remodelling. Job well done by all!

Need help fast after a windstorm that tore off shingles causing rain to leak in. Got a fast & professional response & continue to work with First OnSite to get the repairs completed. For a first homeowner's claim it's been a pleasant experience.

We had an excellent experience dealing with the company. The contractor Liam, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our concerns. We were totally satisfied.

We had water damage and the adjuster at our insurance quickly set us up with First On Site do do emergency assessment and services. The Project Manager contacted me right away and came that evening and was able to bring a team in within a day. The services team was excellent and quickly ripped out the water damaged floors and walls and set up dehumidifiers and air purifiers. They were professional, friendly and did a great job to take out what was needed and cleaned up after. The additional contractors for flooring that First on Site put me in touch with was excellent as well. I've been very impressed with my experience!

Had FirstOnSite attend to an industrial property that sustained fire damage from an accident. Great emergency service company to work with. The managers Daniel Peleg and Robert Lizotte were very prompt and professional.

First on site was almost instantanious on thier response to my flood. They were helpful, supportive and psoitive. The work was done effeciantly and effectivley with constant honest and clear communication. Kevin, the forman was with me from day one and was very accomidating. His team was professional and even my superintendant commented on how easy and professional they were to work with. I'm happy and relieved to have first on site to help me through this crisis! Horrible unprofessional company. Renato Di Peco is one of the staff and he lies a lot and does poor work. He is like a snake. Don’t listen to anything he says and just run from him and this company. Renato is a snake. Karma will take care of him in due time. He will learn his lesson one day for being deceitful when karma teaches it. He be fired but wait for karma.

The service this company did on my roof was really good. They had a high volume of jobs/homes to work on, and although it took longer than expected; was happy with the work done.
