Jeremy Jenke always answered my calls in a very precessional manner. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing a restoration service provider. Now that our insurance company has finally authorized our restoration I have full confidence that our basement repairs will surpass our expectation!

Very quick to respond to us the same day. They brought in a crew to remove the damaged material and dispose of it, then they brought in machines to dry out the walls. We received a statement for the cost, so there is no surprises. Karen & Henry Chalas

Still dealing with the fallout of their shoddy insurance work 5 years after the incident to our house.don't let your insurance company send them. Worst-OnSite. Never-OnSite.

In Feb 2022 my place 650 square feet was destroyed by flood! Total gut job!
The workers were totally incompetent poor workmanship never here maybe 15 hours a week! Job was supposed to be done my May 30! I kicked them out July 31! Moved in Aug 15
Place is poorly insulated wind blows in around windows & doors, there are huge gaps in vinyl plank on the floors! Paneling is coming off walls, plastic water pipe burst in an interior wall! There are no GFI outlets in bathroom or kitchen! Entrance lights to rooms are in odd places I have carry a flashlight sometimes to enter rooms because switches are across the room!
The list goes on!
Lots & lots of material waste! Could have repaired 2 places with the amount of material!
I’m out of pocket around $10,000
To repair poor quality everything!
Would I recommend this company?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!
In my mind what happened to me borders on insurance fraud!

I booked a call with them at 7am this morning. Was told at 8am when the office opened that someone would come around 1pm maybe 2pm. It is now 6: 15pm and I am told by the dispatcher that they will now send someone out tomorrow as they don't have time for me today. I have waited nearly 12 hours with a flooded basement. My tenants can't sleep there until the work is completed and they are only telling me now that they can't make it. If that was the case why not tell me from the start they are too busy today?

Terrible experience. First Onsite was recommended by my insurer. After contacting them, some emergency work was done.
Several times, I have asked for a copy of documentation that I had signed, as well as the estimate, and an invoice for the emergency work already done. However, I have yet to receive any of it. My final email to "Carol" was ignored completely. I called the office to complain but was only told that the message would be passed on. Now, 5 months on, I still have yet to hear a word. I'm sure they will invoice me after the deadline has passed to file a claim with my insurer. Con artists.
