I used to be a patient of Dr. Millar in London and have since followed her to this St. Thomas location because I find her to be a kind, thorough, and attentive optometrist. She is currently helping me combat dry eye, which I'm so appreciative for!

Terrible service from Dr. Oozier. Did not care and would not take time to listen. Not interested in client, only their wallet. Too bad.

I will try to keep this short and sweet because our digital attention spans these days are almost nonexistent. Tonya and the team at FO are top-notch eye care experts who truly have a passion for what they do. Each opportunity where I interacted with a team member (regardless of their position) I was met with unequaled professionalism. Over the course of multiple appointments, as I sat in the waiting room, I would observe whether my experience was seen in the interactions with other clients. Yes, yes and yes! Patience, kindness, expertise, professionalism and fun was wafting through the air. You could almost smell it.

The time and effort that Tonya spent with me ensuring my investment in eye care products was solid was a textbook example of how a successful brand is not built not by a fancy logo and website but the people we interact with at that business.

If you have eye issues or concerned about your eye health it's worth going to the best. I waited three months to get an appointment. They have good equipment and know their stuff. I'm on heart meds and Dr. Millar knew that I had been taking Amiodarone from residue in my eyes. Amiodarone has some serious lung side effects and interesting that it showed up in my eyes. First impressions. Yup this is a good start.

I had a wonderful experience at First Optometry. Tonya was so patient with fitting contacts that work for me. We have been going here for years and will continue. Thanks
