First Professional Collision & Paint

I brought my car in to get work done on my bumper and trunk. They called me hours later telling me they didn’t quote me for certain damage and it’s going to be another $900. The day I went for my estimate I made it clear of all the damage on the car. I felt I shouldn’t be held responsible because their employee did a poor job giving a proper estimate, but I agreed anyway. I gave this company all necessary information to get the same paint as my car. When I came to pick my car up I was extremely disappointed as the paint colour was no where near a match. I asked to speak to a manager and he came out to observe the car. He agreed that the paint job did not meet their standards… so why give a car back to a customer when it doesn’t meet your standards? That’s sloppy business. He agreed to take the car back and do a better job. When I came to pick up the car the 2nd time, the paint job was better, but once again no where near a match. He said since I didn’t go through insurance the job wasn’t done quite as well. How stupid is that? Why not quote me for the best possible job you can do? I expressed how unhappy I was now that this is two times in a row. He said that’s as good as they can get the paint and it won’t get any better. I asked him to show me another car they worked on to see how good their work really is… the paint matched identically. He said it’s because it went through insurance, which is still so stupid to me. Now I have a car with a back bumper and trunk that doesn’t match the rest of the car. This is unprofessional and sloppy business. You’d think you’d get some good service for $2500. Give some other body shop a chance, not these guys.

This company did a phenomenal job repairing a deep scratch on my passenger door. Not only did they expertly repair it, they detailed my car so well that it looks brand new.
The repair was done in the time they said they needed. And, they were professional and courteous to deal with.

I got my car repaired 6 weeks back after a collision (Front Bumper) and have to come back on second day as my washer fluid was not working. I don’t know how you can handover a car to a customer without checking everything. It took little time & they fixed it up. Today I have to go again as there was a sound coming from the back of the car whenever you press brake. The gentleman I spoke to him mentioned they fixed the front part & not the back & he told him to go a dealership for checking. I never had this problem before the collision. After claiming a good amount from the insurance company you don’t have a courtesy to at least check the car and don’t have a time solve the customer problems. If I need to fix my car I would have directly gone to dealership what is the point of coming to you guys then? This is the kind of service that we are getting from you guys. Folks don’t ever go to this place if you want to fix your vehicle take it directly to your dealership.
