I recently went to see Crystal, the Cirque show on ice - which was absolutely fantastic! What was even more amazing, was that I dropped my wallet at my seat, went back 4 hours later, and they had found it and kept it in their security office. Thanks to all the amazing staff for your honesty and integrity in returning my wallet!

Liked it. They closed all the drink stands by 10: 00 like I was dying. A thirst will probably not literally, but I was so sure. Darn thirsty and I couldn't get anything to drink. There wasn't even a fountain for Christ sakes

The place still hold up it got a nice layout the seat a bit smaller then most stadium for the historic site I hope they re-open and operate again for the city of Hamilton

I was at back to back AEW shows, and the staff was great, security guard was cute. (my friend J) The concessions were reasonably priced, but the seats are super uncomfortable. I'm a big guy and the seats in the stands were really digging into my legs. And on the floor the second night was slightly better but we were still pretty cramped. But I still had fun, it was a great atmosphere, and would go back. After a solid few months of cardio.

Great arena end event place but finding a parking spot is horrible. The indoor parking is limited. The event parking outside is also limited.
Also, going out after the event is even worse. Took us a while to get out of the parking.

COVID 19 VACCINE
Check in was great, adult wait time less than 5 minutes, for children to get done waited 35 minutes, they only had 3 people giving vaccine to children, its been awhile now going this come on people get a better system.

Went here for my 2nd vaccine shot recently.what a well-oiled machine, the process was so easy breezy friendly understandable In-N-Out in 20 minutes

COVID-19 VACCINE CLINIC INFO

The entrance for the clinic is off of Bay Street. We ended up parking under Jackson Square (paid $5) but once above ground we could see that there was street parking and some small parking lots available just one street north.

There was no line at the entrance and the vaccine available is prominently posted at the door (it was Moderna when we went on July 10). Security ushers you in and you check in. You need your health card and to answer some screening questions. They make you switch to a medical mask at this time as well. I will note that you can arrive early as someone with a 4: 30pm appointment was allowed to enter at the same time as us for our 4: 10pm appointment.

After checking in, you are directed to another person where you sanitize your hands and follow a path to an escalator down to the actual clinic (it is at the same level as the rink/court). At the bottom of the escalator, you sanitize your hands again and then are directed over to someone who assigns you a booth for your next check in. You need your health card here as well.

After the second checkpoint, you take a number (i.e F90) and wait in the spaced out waiting area for your number to be called. Once it is called someone directs you to which booth you will receive your vaccine at.

At the vaccine booth, the person who will administer your dose goes over your personal details, asks screening questions, and ensures you are feeling prepared for your dose. It is over in 1 second and then you are sent to the next person who will tell you to have a seat in the following waiting area for your 15 - 30 minute wait.

There are paramedics watching to ensure that anyone who feels ill can sit in a comfy reclining chair. We watched a girl be given a drink box while the paramedic attended to her. After your 15 - 30 minute wait, you check in with the paramedic who clears you for check out and assigns you a booth.

At check out, you need your health card one last time and are provided a receipt for your vaccine. You take this receipt to the next person who gas you verify your name, dose, and personal info are correct before you head back up the escalator and leave.

The whole process took us just under 30 minutes including our 15 minute wait.

In the middle of downtown. The city of Hamilton is administrating a massive COVID 19 vaccine drive right now. Other times it’s a huge concert space.

Vaccine clinic - terribly inefficient. My first dose at a different location had me in and out in 25 minutes. Here, 35 minutes past my appointment time and I'm still waiting for my shot.

This place is a great place to watch a game, a show, maybe skate a little. The fries from Smokes are amazing, the staff are fun and outgoing. Beer, candy, popcorn and pop are some of the things they serve. This place Rocks.

It was great had both covid shots there and everyone working there were the best got you in and through the process and out as fast as possible

Very well run as a vaccine facility, no traffic ever passing by eachother, lots of hand sanitizer, nice big open spaces.

I just went there for my COVID vaccination and it was so well organised. I loved it. The place was maintained.

Went there for getting the vaccine, very organised did not took me long to reach, staff were friendly and treat you with kindness and smile

Need to give a shoutout to everyone working at FirstOntario Centre who is helping folks get the COVID vaccine and helping to stop the spread of this terrible pandemic!
Everything is so organized and my experience went off without a hitch.

Went for my vaccination. Extremely well organized. All personnel were friendly and very helpful. Calm atmosphere.

Went to see Pfizer here recently. It was a really good show, only played for about 1 hour but the overall experience gave me chills. I think they are playing all through out the summer, would highly reccomend. Im gonna go again in September. I Cant wait.

We were at First Ontario Place to get our Covid19 vaccination shots. The setup is very well organized! We felt comfortable and everyone was friendly and very accommodating. I would encourage everyone to get the vaccine there, if they can. We parked directly across the street for $5. Free (validated) parking is available further away!

Grateful to all involved with the Vax clinic here. So well-run. Felt very safe the entire time I was there and didn't even feel the needle (bonus) Big high fives to everyone doing their part to keep our city safe!

All; I mean all, the staff were so helpful, friendly and made me feel at home while there, to receive my vaccine. Very efficient, in every way. They took me early, and washrooms were available. They even watched out for my darts ride, at let me know it was out front, while I played music waiting. The front desk staff were bopping around to my music yeaaa.

Went see a concert Def Leppard staff was very helpful getting you are seat. But the rest between the backup band and Def Leppard was poorly organized to get a beer or a drink. Even to use the washrooms people were crammed into the aisle ways like sardines very scary! Just to get an overpriced beer! The show was great 5 out of 5 for the show and also the ushers like I said we're very helpful showing you where your seat was but the rest was a train wreck!

Went to see BTS when they came and it was awesome. They put on a great show. The arena staff were great and although we were lined up 10 blocks down, the line moved quick and they didn't mess around. The arena is small enough that you could still see closely without needing to use the screens.

Went here for Disney on ice, ask staff if they could direct me to the VIP entrance and they didn't believe I could afford that and asked me to show my ticket even though they had already scanned my ticket and the only place my ticket should have been checked was the VIP entrance.

Great venue, To watch concerts at. Def Leppard was amazing there last night. Washrooms were kept clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

Saw CHICAGO, it was awesome, I ninja threw picks on stage and the guitarist nailed Me in the face with his.

Multi-purpose 17,000 seats Arena. Located in a central location in downtown Hamilton.varinha can be a hockey arena basketball arena or venue for political and other gatherings as well as concerts and performance.

Plenty of features in and around the facility.

OUTSTANDING AIR CONDITIONING! I attended Def Leppard and Tesla on July 20/19 - outside was 32 and humidex was 42, the second the entrance doors opened the whole sidewalk area cooled down 10 degrees - it was excellent - inside the AC was very cold and the airflow/circulation was just amazing. I love this venue and for summer events it's perfect. I was thoroughly impressed by the friendly and professional entry, floor section ushers/security and the food/drink staff. Two thumbs up and a huge thank you to the top notch crew of FOC employees.

Went to see def leapard, this couple behind us seemed to have been to their first concert! Great for them! However they didnt understand that some more enthusiastic concert goers stand up and dance around. They went to sit in some unavailable seats when they were confornted by the usher they mad a big sence and security was called and werr forced to sit behind us once again. They started to bother us and become belligerent and began to throw things and myself and my partner. We alerted security to the situation and they moved us to much better seats. Kudos to the employees for handing the situation well!

Great place for a concert! You can see the stage from every seat without someone head in your way! Loved Chicago!

Great selection of concerts, but poor selection of food. Also they enforce a no photo/videos rule for most shows.

The last thing that warrants a star lost is the cost and lack of parking.

Considérant sa taille, le Centre était assez facile à trouver pour une personne qui n'habite pas à Hamilton, mais je n'y serais jamais parvenu.e sans mon téléphone vu le manque d'indications sur les pancartes. Sinon, comme il est très grand et qu'il n'y avait pas de plans à l'extérieur, les différentes entrées étaient difficiles à identifier et s'y donner rendez-vous était un cauchemar.

Quant à la salle, elle était très bien en général (j'ai été voir BTS) et les sièges assez confortables, mais il y avait trop peu d'espace devant les jambes pour sortir de sa rangée quand les gens sont assis. Comme il fallait s'y attendre, le fast-food était hors de prix. La raison pour laquelle j'ai enlevé une étoile est que les toilettes sont genrées ; je suis non-binaire, alors j'ai été obligé. E de me retenir jusqu'à mon retour chez moi, ce qui est toujours extrêmement déplaisant. Au moins, le personnel de sécurité était courtois et suffisamment réparti.

En gros, j'ai aimé mon passage au FirstOntario Centre, mais je trouve qu'il y a place à l'amélioration!

I didnt like the place at all, there is no parking available near it. It took me 30 mins to find one which was far from the centre and traffics adds more time to your delay. I got late for my concert coz of this as I was early for 40 mins.
It gets worse when you go inside as it’s too crowded and the management sucks. No proper food or dink’s available, it’s there but could be more better. The stage and lighting inside was ok.

The seating of the arena is honestly really good. The stage is stretched to the center which I think its a great feature. The visuals such as the big screens and lights are all very good.

Bad experience at a recent show where they were ill equipped to handle the amount of people entering into the venue. You would think that knowing how many tickets were sold that they would be able to plan better but instead there were thousands of people waiting outside in the rain to get inside and pushing back the start time of the show. Seats were uncomfortable with a lack of leg room. Concessions were mostly good but had to go to three different ones - the first had water bottles frozen, the second was cash only.

Definitely will rethink going to this venue in the future and look at alternatives.

I have been going to this place since it was Copps Coliseum. It usually flows the crowds ok but if you attending and event I highly recommend meeting at the Gibson Lounge (I believe it's still called that) which is located on the 2nd floor off York Blvd. They offer great food and awesome bevies to kick off your event, the best lot secret is that you are already clear of any lineups because you are inside the building. I like this for avoiding the lineups and also using a secluded bathroom which proves to be free of lineups also and are open the entire length of the event.

Attended a concert by Arajit Singh with his world orchestra. Sold out show and great evening of Bollywood hits. Expand your musical horizons.
