FirstOntario Concert Hall

Great time. Front row centre was an amazing experience but you couldn't dance.but you could at the back of the hall and the actual audio of singer's voice was alot better so we did back and fourth. Fabulous time, the band was totally awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better time.thanks Classic Seger.

Wonderful evening! I've always wanted to see "Jesus Christ Superstar" and I wasn't disappointed. Upon arrival we were aided by friendly & accurate attendants. It was easy to find our way to our comfortable balcony seats. The Musical itself was incredible. Stellar, talented performances!

Went and saw the Beaches, the show was amazing! The lighting was spectacular, they sounded awesome and the staff were super helpful. Occasionally a microphone would cut out for a second and the seats were far too steep and close together between rows that I ended up having my legs go into my boyfriend beside me and he had his legs out in the aisle. We are both 5'9" so we are about average in height, the seats shouldn't have to be this close to the row in front of you. I'd suggest making the seats a few inches higher so that people can easily tuck their legs in underneath the seat or redo the balconies seating row spaces. Overall seems expensive for them to fix so if you can try to get a seat that has open space in front of you not a row (front row of sections, balcony, etc.) Food was overpriced ($33 for a bag of popcorn, 2 palm bays and a $3 tip) but I kinda expected that tbh.

Second entry. Still two stars. People won’t shut up around us. Usher either great (lady taking control at Merch) or brutal (bringing people to the wrong seats for ten minutes during the show) Opening band very good! Big positive is being able to go to the outside fresh air area The sound cut our a lot for both bands.

I went to Hamilton Place. I'm not sure what First Ontario Concert Hall is?

Hamilton Place has some of the best sound that I've ever experienced in a concert hall.

The upper levels are pretty far away from the stage considering the capacity of the building though.

The venue is amazing! Clean and well taken care of! Concessions are a bit pricy but also very good! I saw the Beaches and it was a heck of a concert!

There for the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Sound quality in this hall is top notch and the H. P. O.is world class. If you've never been, go. Treat yourself. You deserve it. (All photos taken after the performance).

I Mother Earth.the experience with so many shakers and percussion instruments it was like what we need is more cow bell, getting more cow bell without the cowbell bell. Good Time & show,

Kind of ugly and disorganized, seating is very tight, you'll be elbow to elbow. Sound eas good, they did not do any sort of pat downs before entering.

Went to Blue Rodeo concert, great facility for sound quality. Should have more outlets though for refreshments to expedite service.

Great experience! Rating it a 4 because we paid over 500 dollars VIP package, front row seats and thought we would be getting to meet the main voice actresses (but they have really busy lives so it’s understandable they couldn’t come on the tour) or at least have “characters” like Mirabel come and surprise Encanto fans/kids at the intermission or end of the show to take pictures, and all the VIP “package” was actually a small blanket, a low quality light-up multicoloured candle that breaks easily and a VIP laminate you put around your neck that didn’t even provide access backstage where we could have possibly had a chance to meet the band members who worked on the actual soundtrack for the Encanto movie and the concession stand food was very pricey too. However, on the positive side, the people working there were very nice, and I disneybounded as my favourite Disney character which is Mirabel and brought a mini loungefly backpack of her which I got so many compliments on which made my night! Overall, the experience was a solid 7/10 and it was very cute. Not really worth all the money though, as we felt ripped off. If we didn’t get those gifts for being VIP, it wouldn’t feel much like VIP at all. There could have been a few more items, and especially more higher quality items. I still enjoyed it though, but it was a little underwhelming for the price we paid.

My wife and I had the most wonderful time at FirstOntario Concert Hall! We went to see a comedian, and the atmosphere in the hall made the experience incredibly personable. The intimate setting allowed us to feel connected to the performance, and the acoustics were fantastic. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we couldn't have asked for a better evening. We'll definitely be back for more shows at this fantastic venue!

Gorgeous venue with excellent acoustics, and clear audience views. The auditorium was well staffed; making it easy to get to your seats; and accessing comfort stations, snack bar etc.

Lovely location with great acoustics and attentive staff. The facilities need an upgrade though as some bathrooms were incomplete (missing stall for a toilet and drapes separating storage from usable space). Blue Rodeo was phenomenal as usual

First Ontario is a clean, bright, and well maintained concert venue. The sight lines are very good, the chairs are comfy, and the leg room is plentiful.
