The managers and administrators at FirstService Residential are very professional, kind, and polite to interact with.

I have been extremely impressed with the staff at Charisma Condos in Vaughan. In particular Bianca, Assistant Property Manager located at 9000 Jane St. Operating a new site is not easy however, Bianca has been extremely helpful and professional in her role, she has consistently delivered results as she is very organized, responsive and has great abilities to lead and getting the job done. I know my experience is shared by many others in the building.

I had the opportunity of interacting with Bianca at the charisma property management office. She was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and responsive, and the follow up was incredible as she got a rather large issue, resolved for me within the same day. I would highly recommend them and Bianca to anyone.

are the best team in the property management business! They are always organized, efficient, pay invoices on time. There is so much positive I can write but not enough room on the page.

TSCC other management is good. But 9/11 bogert is the worst condo management ever. The condo manager (a lady) never reply owner/residence messages. And the securities always let strangers coming inside with no records. We have so many kids and mature people inside the building that’s is so dangerous for us. Please do some change

Everyone in the concierge team at the Sonic condo is amazing. The lead Josh always greeted us with a smile and remeber our names. He made sure keeping the building safe is his first priority and that family with young kids can feel at ease using lobby space at all times.

I’ve been living in SONIC Condos for 2 years and I would like to recognize Josh from concierge. You can tell he loves his job since he takes initiative to help residents. He is personable, friendly, and always greets my dog and I. He really makes the front desk environment welcoming and accommodating:)

I have found Catherine DiFebo & previously Sandra Luciani to be very responsive to questions & Information. There commitment to our community is awesome! Just wanted to share how happy my father is with Shana Craig and her management of River's Edge. She is pleasant, on the ball, always is one step ahead and is very professional. My father had some issues pending since he purchased his Condo 8 years ago and since Shana has been at River's Edge these past 3 years she has corrected all the issues he had. She is an asset to First Service Residential. The building's maintenance issues have been up-dated and resolved. My father's building is a mature residence and the seniors need support and positive reinforcement. I now have my mother-in-law who has purchased a Unit almost a year ago at River's Edge and she is very happy. Sincerely,

I believe for even tenants Shubham has Been gone above and beyond his responsibilities as I have been to other condos. My bad I forgot my fob many times and he never denies me to give elevators access even after knowing we have to use buzzer code. He is an asset to YC condos.

Shubham at the front desk of YC condo 7 Grenville street is extremely helpful. He helped me out even when it’s his off time. He worked late to help me out. Big Thanks to Shub and because of him I’m really happy with this management company.

Worst management ever! Used them in 28 uptown dr, 8200 birchmount Rd and now in cardinal point phase 1. The property managers are so lazy, would not provide any help at all. The worst part is the property manager won't even provide their contact details. Stop giving residents headaches and provide the service they need.

Lormar Security Protection Inc.has been providing security services at The Richmond since 2011. It has been a delight to work with Dorina Shuke who manages the building. Our experience has been that she continually delivers service excellence. Dorina has a very collaborative approach with both our supervisor Debbie as well as First Service Residential Mario the superintendent.

The service provided by FisrtService has been satisfactory.
Just want to drop a special note of appreciation to Eleanor Shi, who was the assistant manager for our building, the Majestic Court. She was efficient and patient in dealing with various issues.

First Residential has been our Condo Corp's Property Management company for years, but we were recently assigned Kelly DaSilva as our Property Manager and it's as if we hired a new company completely. Her level of dedication and ownership of our property has been second to none and her ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. I have worked with many Property Manager's over the last 5-10 years and none compare to Kelly.

I have had nothing but great experiences when dealing with FirstService Residential. I have dealt with Paul Camm, one of the Senior Property Managers at FirstService, on numerous occasions and I must say Paul's knowledge, wisdom and extremely positive attitude remain unmatched.

Nabila Nawaleen is a great property manager for our corporation. She is responsive, accountable, and will work in favor of the corporation for owners' best interest. Our board is very glad to have her on the team.

As a board member of the corporation, I have worked with First Service Residential in the last 6 years. FSR has a well established system to help corporations to delivering the best possible results. They have an open channel to listen the feedbacks from the board, take positive way to deal with issues if there is any. I would like to have a special thank you to the property manager Nabila Nawaleen, there are few persons who are better than Nabila Nawaleen when it comes to following up, both the board meeting items or occasional email communications. It is a great pleasure to work with her.

I have moved to 9471 Yonge street few months ago.i found * Sam and Reza* the mangemnet team very prompt and professional. Sam is a real and true communicator.they both always answer the phone and are very reponsive. The Fornt Desk 'staff and cleaning team are also very nice! Thank you

I am a homeowner of Xpression condos in Richmond Hill where Samit Hazra is the Property Manager. I have found Samit and the front desk staff to be very reliable and professional to deal with. Lately I was having issues with a bad tenant and Samit went above and beyond my expectations to assist me and advise me that really helped me resolve all the issues. I am so grateful for all that Samit has helped me with. Thank you Samit sincerely.

The property managers at FSR are great. They are east to get ahold of where I never have to worry about chasing them around. Whenever there is an issue and I call they handle it in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them to other condos. In particular I have worked with Athiya Sherief, Daniel Perez-Arteaga and Maggie Viveiros, Monika Kozuch, Henry Hernandez, Tiffany Artinian, Claudia Damaren, Linzelle Perera and Christina Bower and they are all wonderful to work with.

I am not satisfied with their unprofessional way to deal with. Not recommended to hire them as Management company.

I'm a resident at Scenic on Eglinton and I'd like to give a shout out to Norma Lewis - the wonderful property manager at this building. Norma is professional, diligent and very punctual with communication. While pleasant to deal with, she is a no nonsense kind of person and that is evident in her management style. She has always stepped up to show her support and leadership regardless of the circumstance- whether it was the AC not working on a hot Friday afternoon in the middle of Summer or ensuring the seamless & consistent upkeep of the building. Super grateful to have Norma on our site & side!

I am a homeowner of 2 condos in the building where Samir is the property manager. I would like to thank Samit and also the front desk staff for a kind of support they give that one feels safe to own property in the building. Lately I have had a bad tenant issue since August 2020 and Samir went beyond to help me with this problem. Samir I found is extremely prompt in getting answers and resolving issues. Thank you Samir for making my life as a landlord so much easier and safe.

I’ve lived in a building who uses FirstService Residential Toronto for almost 7 years and I am constantly amazed with how professional, friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. Even though there is some turnover year over year every new person comes in and quickly adapt to the exceptional standards set by the team.

As an added bonus the staff is exceptionally kind to the dogs in the building, they take the time to learn each one’s name and give them special treats after walks. The FS staff really make our building a home and welcoming community.

Special shout-out to the supervisor Gurdeep Rana who runs a tight operation with a smile, Dhnesh who is consistently helpful and cheerful in our day to day requests. Also thanks to Armann, Michael who are some of the most proficient service providers I’ve ever encountered. And I especially want to thank the cleaning staff who keep our building in top shape and a safe place to be in Covid, thank you Carmelita, Jeancarlo and I deeply apologize if I missed any one’s name.

Management are genuinely concerned about tenant concerns and issues are handled in a very professional, courteous manner.

Karolina Mierzwa was my SPM when I worked with First Service Residential. Without her I would not be where I am today.

With her assistance and the stellar management team at Head Office I am proud to have worked for First Service. The level of support they provided their clients and staff made their sites some of the best in the industry.

Emily Wrigglesworth is the property manager in our condo and, while new to our building, she has a LOT on her plate and has really stepped up to the challenge. We haven’t had such responsiveness in quite a long time, so I am very happy she had joined our community.

I have been at my current place of residence since 2017, started off as a renter and now as an owner I have always been going to Mio Dangubic for absolutely everything. He has always greeted me with the utmost respect and always happy to help with whatever I am in need for. As a property manager he goes above and beyond in ensuring the residents are pleased and are being taken care of. Mio has always been my go to person and I have never walked away dissatisfied. He treats every one of us here with the same level of respect and courtesy. Thanks for all your help Mio and cheers to 2022.

I am a resident at Ivory Condos. I want to share My experience with overnight guard Gursharan who helped us few weeks back. When our garage door was broken and it was not opening. We were getting late for work. Gursharan came and physically open the garage door for us. After some time we came back to pick something up he was still helping the resident to take out there cars by physically pushing the garage door open.
I really want to thank the overnight guard for saving us from getting late for work.

The property manager Nataliia is a very professional, she responds to any concerns on site very promptly. She provides great guidance as she knows her work responsibilities very well. She is incredibly helpful, it was nice working with her on various sites.

I have been searching for who to contact above my property manager and am having no luck. I’ve sent at least 10 emails since May. I have also gone to see management in person about a very early morning (6am daily, including weekends) noise complaint. They know exactly who it is and no one will go speak to the person. My last 3 emails have gone ignored and unanswered. I find this absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I am the owner of my unit and have lived here for almost 7 years. The building looks horrible and run down and our property management is doing a very poor job running it. Unacceptable.

Norma Lewis is amazing. She's on the ball, knows what she's doing and manages our buildings very well. She's very responsive to the residents' needs. Hopefully, Norma will be at our building until she retires!

I would like you to know how very much I appreciate Zahra OGHBAI as a Property Manager. I am an original owner at Link building, Burlington, and we've had a fantastic experience with First Service; her focus on customer service is exceptional. As you can tell from my note, I'm delighted to have her working with us. Thank you, Zahra for all that you do for us.

Ive recently have been going back and forth with Elaine Lee, property management at 7 Grenville with regards to a insurance claim issue with my unit. Although it was a tough and stressful situation, Elaine has been very supportive and I must say she made such a tough situation a lot less stressful. I'm glad she represented First Service very well and truly hope all my experience with other property management could be at all half as great as this.

The property management at 197 Yonge is the worst you can imagine. They do absolutely nothing. The parking is always broken and they never follow-up with the company to fix it. The parking damaged my car about one year ago and the management sent me to several repair shops to get a quote, but I never got paid and every time I send an email they either just ignore it or say "we have no update". What is their job then? It took them literally one year to remove the protective papers on elevator doors. The garbage chute is always broken and they are so rude that they send emails every time that it's the residents' fault. How come in other buildings the chute is not broken this often? Every time I talk to a neighbor literally everyone is complaining about this garbage management.

I am very relieved to have First Service Residential as our building's property management company.

Our First Service team, Paris and Eleanor, in my opinion have moved mountains, since taking over from the previous management company.
In just over a year, I have witnessed several significant improvements.

Our buildings now have been:
-retro fitted for new lighting
-garbage chutes professionally cleaned
-pests controlled
-exterior building caulking for leaking units and maintenance
-professional plumbers who have cleaned pipes to not experience any further flooding in units
-Investigated and acted on building disturbances coming from other residents
These are just to name a few.

Both Paris and Eleanor, in my interactions, have been professional, courteous, responsive and committed to achieving our buildings goals.
Their by the book approach and knowledge has been exemplary.

Our Rep. Shanna has been great thus far.she is professional, responsive and has a great attitude.

I've interacted with her several times and she's always willing to help out with any queries. She's very hard-working & goes the extra mile to help out! When I first moved to the condominium, I had various doubts about the way things were organized here and she helped address each of my concerns. Thanks for all your work, Shaista!

Recently I got some issue with the roof and flashing blown away by storm and sent the email to First Residential.quickly I got the response from SHANNA CRAIG. I wish all the staff there should be like her.

When I found that now someone else will be our property manager, I was so unhappy that Shanna was going to get this done, and no idea what will happen now.

Hope the new property manager will take care as the issue is still not fixed.

I have dealt with the first service team for many years. Their high level of professional and energy makes them a pleasure to work with. Recently, while dealing with Athiya Sherief on her new building we completed our goals to the complete satisfaction of her board.

I would like to thank PM Raj Boghal for his excellent professionalism, hard work and dedication to his job and residents. He has been nothing but kind and compassionate. His welcoming nature and natural knowledgeability is so admirable!

Absolutely the worst property management company to deal with. Very shady and "under the table deals" happening between their contractors and property managers. Sharon Machado in pitucular has single handley corrupted the books at a pitucular property which she is no longer managing. Please beware of this company and use extreme caution.

River's Edge is very pleased with Shanna Craig as our Property Manager. She is very professional, responds quickly and comes up with solutions to any problems we encounter. She is teaching us and assisting the Board in so many ways. We feel very fortunate to have Shanna guiding us.

Sagar Tanna at 1 Yorkville made my day. He is so kind and gave me accurate information about the surroundings and also the customer service is excellent.
